I like to feel what they feel I want have a glimpse to have an understanding I want it to be respectful not taking energy but experiencing it maybe transmute my energy like Thiers

You have to make contact in person, same as meeting another human. This is what evocation and invocation are for.
Here are many tutorials here and many ways, you should read through them all and then try one that feels th emost accessible to you. I suggest the sigil method:
Very important: learn how to banish first. Sometime the connection is taken over by a parasite and you have to clean your space of them before you start to help make sure they don’t, and also ow to get rid of them if they do show up. Parasites always lie and are only good for feeding on you without giving anything back in return, so you must avoid them as much as possible.

If I want to invoke a daimon in my astral temple is it than easier for astral parasites to enter and I guess the same protection applies to the astral temple?
Yes the same all applies. It’s not easier or harder. They can’t tell the difference between physical and astral locations as to show up in a physical location, astral beings are going to the astral copy of that location anyway.
I’m wondering how does imagining a fruit equate to feeling energies? I don’t question if it works more about how it works can it be something else then fruit?
It doesn’t. It allows you to practice visualizing by giving you something real that you know what it looks like. If you can visualize a fruit, you can visualize energy flowing.
It’s kind of like asking “how does learning to crawl help me learn to sprint?” - you have to start somewhere and build up to the more skilled stuff.

Fruit is supposed to be the easy one. Pick anything you can manage and work up to fruit if that’s a bit much.
I guess it’s not about how good you are at visualizing because the fruit was child’s play after that I visualized a beach feeling the sand on my feet with the occasional sea shell feeling the sun on my skin feeling a breeze from the sea hearing the waves hearing the seagulls children building sandcastles people walking throwing a frisbee for the dog to catch smelling fish n chip’s from the shop’s seeing people sun on the beach cool box next to them with a parasol

I’ve also visualized a 1st floor of a house just from scratch
read about them, look into what they like … and try to do something associated with that , like reading , watching or listening to something that has something to do with their domains , collecting materials that they are associated with , and … just doing things that have something to do with them or even simply remind you of them .
so , mostly just doing little offerings …
just doing little things that help you connect with them as a spirit in general …
meditating with them … playing songs that they might like or that reminds you of them … watching something that they might like or that reminds you of them … sleeping on their sigil … carrying it around with you … and of course , invocating or evocating them , but i don’t think it’s really necessary , only occasionally .
so mostly , just making little offerings .
Don’t “ connect “ with entities. Merge into them. Start with your sacred space where your spirit is dismantled. Begin with internal alignment. Meditate on the sigil of the entity. This will open a gate. Eyes open inward, the room vanishes. The descent begins

I don’t now why he went off on anti-cosmic anything, they are not related and you don’t need to follow that or any other particular philosophy to open a sigil.
