Thanks but i see no real matching in this sometimes very old topics. I find people who are not sure about their companion. Its clear to see that there is a different in a relation to a spirit, than a human. But its a personal question i trust the spirit or not. And i not talking about contact a demon. I just want to know somebody contact their personal spirit companion in this way and found intresting results.
This is like saying “I’m trying to call a doctor not a lawyer I don’t see why phone number would work”.
Contact is contact, and spirits are spirits, the same contact method works for all, if you have the right number. Which you do or how do you think you have a spirit companion in the first place? If it didn’t contact you, telepathically, you may not have one.
For example, try making a sigil for your chosen entity, using any sigil creation method you like, the rose cross method is popular, and try the sigil contact method found in the “first contact” post I linked you.
You could also use shamanic journeying, or astral travel, or basic telepathy: reach out with your mind, ask and listen.
