We have a bunch of ways here - they all work, just pick the one you are drawn to. If your astral senses are not there to sense any presences or get intuition on their responses, then I’d say stick with a petition for now, that doesn’t need any skills.
No, this is not a thing. There must be a “path to manifestation” - a way for it to happen. The more difficult, blocked or convoluted that path is, the longer it takes, because the more must be moved o get it to happen, if at all. Sometimes you will to get there, isn’t stronger than other people’s will for it not to, and then nothing happens.
