To be honest I’m only just starting with this type of spirituality (I actually have experience but not with the “materialistic” I guess? Stuff) and wanted your honest opinion on my temporary payment to dantalion while I study.

Not sure what you mean by “temporary payment”? Make an offering if you will or don’t - they’re optional anyway. I wouldn’t advice making an offering and t hen trying to take it back, or to consider as any kind of “payment” - higher beings are not merchants and this isn’t transactional like that, imo. Forget everything you ever saw in any movie - those are sometimes “inspired by” … but really just garbage.
But yeah, looks great. I hope you get what you need.

Hah I knew I’ll make a fool out of myself by saying something stupid, well basically what I do is when I make some tea or stuff like that I give it for dantalion for some time and then drink or eat it myself and I thought it could be like a nice respectful way of sharing energy, it also all rooted from the fact that once I’ve invoked dantalions enn while focusing on his sigil I started craving foods he likes when I usually don’t really like them (only later I checked that he infact likes those things so it’s not a placebo effect)

That’s weird, considering he’s not human, doesn’t have a mouth or taste-buds and has no business caring about human physical food if you think about it.
“**Enn” though - those are from the religion of Demonolatry and they project a lot of humanity on entities that have none, so maybe you have been listening to demonolatry. They make up a lot of nonsense but it’s kinda fun, and fun is good - being relaxed helps the energy move - so whatever floats your boat I guess. 
I would say - just don’t let it stop you if it’s late, you don’t have he requisite twinkies or whatever in hand and you want to evoke anyway - go ahead and don’t let a lack of offerings stop you - the energy of gratitude is more than enough, and it’s delicious, so I hear lol.
