Hi all, I’ve been practicing magic for the past 2 years - particularly angelic and archangel magic, mainly working with the GOM systems
Over the past few weeks, I have noticed a change in my environment. It always seems as if there is a shifting energy in my vicinity. I keep seeing distortions in my field of vision, and shadowy energies. Whenever I start seeing them consistently, it suddenly gets very cold in my general area.
I also will get light headed and hear strange sounds. Yesterday I was listening to a podcast in the bath, and the audio was palpably distorted… blending the speakers voice with something that sounded quite menacing
I’ve done several banishings, particularly from the GOM books. I’ve saged and smudged. I’ve even gone to a Santeria/afro-cuban botanica and had 2 separate banishings/cleansings done for me.
It does not seem to have solved this issue. In fact, it’s quite prevalent and active as we speak. I can’t tell if it’s a single entity, multiple, or if I’m just going mad.
What would you do if you were in my position? Need help urgently, please

This could also be your third eye becoming more active - it’s pretty normal that there’s a lot of astral beings around that most people just aren’t aware of, they were always there and now you can see them. It doesn’t sound like you’re under attack or that they care about you noticing them.
But if they’re not supposed to be in your space, check why your wards are failing.
Banishing doesn’t keep things out, it only sends them away - imagine frightening off birds - they come right back right? So it is with astral wildlife. It’s easier to set up wards than constantly have to act the scarecrow.
If you didn’t set up any wards, that would be why they can get into the area. Wards are like fences - no fence, and anyone can walk through. There’s a wards tutorial or two in the threads I’m linking you below…

Divination shows you have hurt a spirit whetherknowingly or unknowingly. Its those spirits kind following you. Wards wont be a solution in your case. So consult a medium speak with the ones bothering you and peacefully resolve the issues.
