I’m looking for practical advice, not debate.
For years now, I’ve been dealing with what I can only describe as a persistent “destiny swap” or identity mirroring dynamic tied to a specific person I’ve completely cut off. No contact, blocked everywhere, etc. — but the sense of interference hasn’t stopped.
It feels like they’re attempting to align with or overlap my path, copy aspects of my identity, or tap into my life in a way that goes beyond coincidence.
At this point, it’s noticeable enough that other people have commented on it, which is part of why I’m taking it seriously. It’s also affecting my behavior — I find myself holding back, staying quiet, or dimming my presence just to avoid “feeding” whatever this is.
I’m looking for methods to fully sever this:
If anyone has dealt with a similar situation — especially something targeted or persistent — I’d really appreciate hearing what worked in practice.
Not interested in debating whether this is real. I’m only looking for actionable insight from people with experience.

I would suggest looking into the mechanism to know how to deal with it.
For example:
- When you say cord cutting - do you see a cord in the astral to cut?
- is this a past life contact repeating energetic patterns?
- Is it an alternate incarnation of your own higher self for example, and they could have related goals? (I have one of these and they are me in a male body - also apparently I’m an asshole cos I don’t really like the parts of me that he mirrors back to me)
- Contact your higher self, and the higher self of the person and ask them what’s going on and to stop it
I’m not seeing this as a curse.
You can try banishing (the Force Exile working from Angels of Wrath book, or a simple death curse modified to be 'as if" they were dead, work to remove the person from your life - probably won’t change them, but they can do thier thing and you just don’t have to hear about them any more.

Sorry for being late to the conversation… I would recommend a form/epithete from Hecate called Klōthaiē which means “She who spins the Fate” you can contact her by any means of evocation and ask her to solve your destiny swapping problem
