The post I linked? - but there’s several recommendations including a couple of books that you’d have to look into getting yourself. I myself mentioned honey jars, someone else the Shem angels… are we talking about the same post?
Oh one of the Shem angels then… Shem HaMephorash - Wikipedia (Lauviah is 17 called “Loviah” in the wiki page)
Try this - but do the LBRP first to make sure you’re working in a clean space free of naughty tricksters.
You can evoke these using simple evocation techniques like this one:
This guide is intended to be both simple and easy to translate.
Read it through at least twice to understand all the stages.
If you are using a book, follow the instructions in the book about any prayers or magick words of power, this guide is very basic, and you can add things to it from the book or method you are using.
If you are not sure whether magick is safe, or whether you should take the risk, do not perform an evocation, or you might just become more worried and unhappy.
You will need:
the SIGIL of the spirit you want to call. Google or search the spirit’s name + SIGIL
the ENN of that spirit, an enn is a short sentence in demonic language that calls this demon. There is a list of enns here: List of Enns
a black or red pen
a piece of clean paper
a notebook to take notes during the ritual
a pen to take these notes with
time to be alone after sunset. Do not evoke a demon if there is a child, an elderly person, or a sick person in the next room, to be safe.
You may also want to light a candle.
Important:
When you evoke a spirit YOU have to give them some energy so they can enter this world.
This means you have to IMAGINE a shape for them to take.
This is like making a house for someone to live in.
This is called visualisation, and you have to visualise things to make magick work.
How to call a spirit:
Draw the spirit’s sigil out on a small piece of paper in black or red ink.
Write their enn in the notebook you are using to record what …
Or you could also use a petition, which is considered very safe, comparatively speaking:
Hey All,
For all the new magicians coming to our forum, I thought i would make a tutorial for a simple, and easy, yet powerful magical technique : the petition spell
i know the petition spell isn’t as sexy as evocation, but it has a long history as a traditional form of sorcery. We have evidence from ancient Greece, the defixones tablets, that this was a very common form of magick used for everything from love spells to curses.
The petition spell has become a staple of Wicca, as well as Law of Attraction practitioners and even psychotherapy!
What is a petition spell? Essentially, it is a written statement of intent, calling upon whatever external or internal powers you feel closest to, to bring to you your desire. It requires no trance state, no open astral senses or “third eye”, no magic circle, and no tools beyond a pen, and paper.
In ancient Greece, the petitioner would call upon the gods of the underworld. The Letter to Lilith method of our own mighty @succupedia is an excellent example of a petition spell.
So, how do we write an effective petition spell?
In his book, The Casting of Spells, author Christopher Penczak states that the petition spell has six parts:
Announcement - here you state your name, either your magical one, or your given name. Both are effective. You are announcing yourself to the Powers
Evocation - here you evoke the powers that you are petitioning to bring forth your desire
Intent - this is the meat of the petition, the declaration of the d…
