Hello everyone! Here’s a short list of tips for dealing with unwanted spirit influences!

Here are some key points:

• Believe in your strength, in your body you are stronger than any spirit.
• Establish your authority! You are in charge of your body and you can and should assert it, especially if you feel the uninvited influence of spirits.
• Communication, communication, communication… If you don’t like something, first of all, let them know and ask them to stop.
• Don’t lose your POWER ARMOR and keep yourself clean! Regular protection and cleansing are essential.
• Keep trying until you make it.
