Does any one know any books that teach how to physically shapeshift

None that actually work. Use the search here etc for author William Wraithe.

Shapeshifting can’t actually happen. The closest you can get is either the aura of the creature you are trying to shift into or a potential glamour

Physical shapeshifting isn’t possible.

However, the only book that supposedly provides a how-to is Morphosephram by William Wraith.

Not that I am aware of. Physical shapeshifting is not something that is taken seriously by the larger occult community and is usually regulated to the realm of fantasy and/or delusion (most accounts of people changing shape are from witches high on “flying ointments” made from poisonous herbs).

If it is actually possible to turn yourself into another species, then it is a very closely guarded secret that has never been revealed to the public. Folklore and myth are just that, folklore and myth, and not something objectively real.

Did you see the collection thread we have with recommendations? They’re all about magick, which is all about altering reality.
