Dear friends,

I hope you are doing alright. I am very new to Magick. I am also very happy to be here, this place feels like a home.

Over the past two days I’ve looked to quite a few conversations in here and I took quite a few notes in connection to what I need to go through, which is a physical and spiritual transmutation of self.

From what I understand so far I should start with the astral self first, and then proceed with the physical self, but in the meantime I should start with the basics, which from what I understand should be developing my psychic senses.

I have a hard time visualizing anything, although I seem to be able to do it sometimes very faintly, but it’s more like imagining, it’s difficult for me to explain. I do however seem to easily “visualize” sounds, voices or music, in my mind, at will.

I’ve read in here about a book mentioned quite a few times, the Shifting Bible, on which opinions seem to be split, but mostly in the favor of the book, as far as I’ve noticed. I might buy it but I’d like to first confirm with at least one entity if I should use the book or not. I also think that if someone is looking for something it might be found through these entities. Even if a book doesn’t manage to help I wouldn’t lose hope; at least that’s what my compass tells me.

One thing I am uncomfortable with is the idea of commanding these entities. I don’t want to do so because that’s not how I am, I don’t want to address to them as if I’m above them, I don’t even do that to strangers.

What I tried doing so far was to stare for about 10 minutes at a few sigils, in the following order: Amodeus, Orobas, Lilith and Marbas. Nothing happened, other than feeling sleepy. I must mention that I did not drew any of these sigils on paper yet, I used my iPad instead since they can easily be found online in image format. That’s mainly because I don’t yet have the tools necessary to draw these sigils properly, so in the meantime I wanted to at least give it a try this way. It might sound quite funny to some of you, which is understandable. If I made anyone smile or laugh a bit I’m happy.

My most immediate goal at the moment is talking to another entity, it doesn’t matter which one, I just want to make a connection. Having someone I could talk with about my journey, asking them questions, perhaps even learning more about them and forming a connection along the way.

Since I just started my journey I would like to hear from other people, their experience, if anyone has any advice, questions, things they’d like to share or simply saying hello. You are more than welcome to come and say something!

I can’t really help much on the evocation part since i’m temporarily shifting my priority to astral projection, partly to solve the same problem I have, astral senses (or ‘psychic senses’ as you said).

My guess is that astral projection jolts them up much more easily, that’s why i’m going through that process using Robert Bruce’s 90 days projection book (I mention it a bit too much these days lol). I did not read about the Shifting Bible however, so I can’t say.

I definitely get it since i’m in the same situation. You visualize but you feel like it’s ‘just’ imagination and that there’s not really room for intuitive feelings, thoughts, smells, touch, and else that does not feel like it came from you. So you’re wondering if persisting in taking the imagination for granted would make you delusional. Am I right?

Fortunately yes, developing astral senses solves that issue. I would recommend that thread if you have not checked it already (very long though, there’s a lot of material you can use and you can scroll below the first post as well):

You don’t have to. Not everyone practices evocation the Solomonic way of binding demons with specific binding protections and to order them around with angels or something. Many give them offerings, ask for their help instead of ordering it. The two times I did evocation I did it in that mindset as well, they’re equals, not inferiors or entities to be bossed around, but then again that’s just my opinion.

Very respectable goal, I hope you stay motivated, read and practice to get what you find (and you will if such is the case)!

There’s a little more to it. Try this tutorial - also linked from the getting Started Guide in the Newsletters post, along with many others.

But yes if your astral aka psychic senses are not developer beings can be around but you still won’t see them. That’s ok, as away you will get results anyway as long as your visualizations were clear.

Thanks God. It’s like seeing something but it’s not with my eyes. I can sort of do it with my eyes open as well, which is interesting, the best way I could describe it it’s like daydreaming. As for the other senses you are right about that too.

That warms my hearth, I was worried I might be told it is necessary.

It happens that I too recently found about someone who most people seem to be very pleased with and have gotten results, his name is Michael Raduga. There is a popular video from one of his classes which I saw some people recommending, in which he explains what to do. In case you’re interested in that just let me know and I will gladly share the link to it, if it is allowed in here :hugs:

If your clairs and psychic senses are activated then it definitely comes from you. You can taste, smell, touch. And then you can share that experience with spirits. You can pray over your morning coffee as an offering. Ask them to fill it with their essences. Let it sit for a bit then drink it. Then you end up sharing energy.

Funny story. I was scrolling through Facebook and somebody posted a new group. Join me in this group and I will show you how to bind demons to your will and order them to make them change your life.

It’s not so dramatic, and please do not preach dogma on this forum, it’s against the rules - it’s completely fine for YOU to prefer other ways, but not to claim that people are going to die because they choose to employ a different tradition of magick than you. This is not verified UPG - it’s observably false, as nobody I’m aware of has died from doing Solomonic rituals.

The Solomonic Method is a valid form of evocation that is perfectly successful for plenty of mages. It’s often misunderstood or assumed to be just rudeness, and I am guilty of that also, however the underlying intent is in fact to stand within your power.

MY issue with it the calling of these things under other entities names, but that also could be a misunderstanding as in, the names are actually your own name as a god, and these are aspect of you.
