With no training at all you can run an easy candle or similar witchy spell. That guy wasn’t the right fit so I wouldn’t waste my time chasing him - do the candle spell to attract someone that is a good fit for you and then it’s worth putting in the investment to make it work.
Also do some introspecting to see what’s making them run. Maybe talk to some friends and ask them for some pointers. When it’s all of them, all the time, the obvious common element is you, and it will keep happening of you don’t take a hard look at that as a possibility and fix it.
