Hello, is Asmodeus a good one to work with to do a lust spell to start back with an old lover ?

With old lovers, usually the issue isn’t lust. That is a given, so more lust doesn’t always help.
You have to address why you broke up, and why the lust died, if it did. If the target has decided you’re not a good option, then they just take that hornyness to someone else.
“Get ex back” spells usually fail for this reason, or worse, backfire because they are rejected by the target, and hit you instead, makimg you obsessed and miserable. I suggest reading through the years of forum posts to see accounts good and bad before making a move. Some regret it, some get it to work, it’s very advanced magick and worth taking your time to design it right.

okay , he didn’t like how I reacted emotionally to his stupid lies . I’m honest about it being lust not love.
Then you don’t care about the lies so don’t mention them. take note for your own benefit but if you’re just playing, then it doesn’t even matter what he says, let him chatter whatever bullshit makes him feel good and enjoy the ride.
What do you need magick for? Why is he resisting if you reach out for a hookup?
He used to text me every day, we were in a relationship for months. This mf told me he was seperated . He started back hanging with his wife, I called her to find out the truth and she told me they started back talking . mf had me thinking he was in the middle of a divorce. Even though he lied im sure he thinks I crossed the line. Someone gave me a layered ritual to do. I was curious about this particular demon.
I haven’t texted him and he hasn’t texted me . I know he thinks I’m crazy. I don’t feel totally bad since I know the truth and how to proceed .

Good luck. You can plan to repeat to build up the pressure, and in that thread if you scroll up there’s a thread about “layering” multiple workings together to hot multiple aspects as needed.
It’s way better to do your own work, not just cheaper, as you have the emotional investment, and as you lean domme I think it’s more appropriate for you to take full charge here.

She said its like friends you don;t need protection from. I read to have boundaries and give clear instructions respectfully . I was taught to clense before and after certain workings .I didnt know if chat gpt was correct about creating a salt or candle circle around me
Yeah the protection of not for the entities you invited into your space, it’s to keep your meeting private from all the astral riffraff that want a free slice of your pie.
Doing magick sort of lights you up on the astral, and depending on the energy you produce, attracts various things that would feed on it. More than that, they then turn to you and attempt to attach to you, make you produce more and more and basically treat you like a all day everyday free buffet.
We call them parasites around these parts, and they’re the astral equivalent of ticks, germs and leeches. You wash your hands irl, and so, you manage your spiritual hygiene as a mage. Cs if you don’t, you could get sick. And by sick, I mean, like in the physical in the worst case scenarios, dead.
It’s low cost and high reward to take protections seriously. Nobody wants ants in thier picnic
This kind of working is VERY attractive to hags and lesser entities that feed on emotional pain, longing, frustration, anger, envy etc.

ooohh I get it , different entities can try to come in . Chat gpt said I can call on Michael archangel after I close out to help cleanse. Thank you , I need to read through the evoking guide . I just want to make sure I perform and do everything right . I’m glad I took out time to research and plan . I didn’t want to just jump in doing stuff lol
I use protection when working with the goetia regardless. While everyone has a different system of work with them, I insist on protection because some of them, being aspects of the mind can sort of “possess” you so to speak. Some of them even have to be commanded into Solomon’s triangle in order to tell you the truth like Shax and Furfur.
In your case, when it comes to Asmodeus, if you conjur him, he will not deny it. He will not lie about him being Asmodeus but for you to know that, you have to ask him “Thou art Asmoday?” and he will respond and bow his head down to you
