Actually I might as well record my voice. I get really awkward in front of the camera. :joy:

Great thread. :+1:

I just want to drop this in here, many frequent forum posters will have seen it, but new people find the forum all the time:

If you, or anyone else, are having thoughts of hurting yourself, it is important that you discuss them with someone who is qualified to help, such as a crisis helpline in your country. Please visit this link to find the appropriate number:

If you feel that you may be an immediate danger to yourself, please call your local emergency number or go to your local hospital emergency room right away. If you are unsure of the right number to call, please visit this link and call the number next to the country where you are located:

Please seek help from a medical professional if that’s where you’re at right now, your thinking may be overwhelmed by your current situation, so reaching out for help in the offline world is important.

Here are some additional contacts, also for anyone else who finds this topic and is feeling the same way:

US: 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)

US LGBTQ Youth (the Trevor Project): 1-866-488-7386

US Veterans Crisis Line: 1-800-273-8255 (press 1)

Canada: 1-800-784-2433

International: Befrienders Worldwide http://www.befrienders.org/

Australia: 13-11-14 (lifeline) or 1-800-55-1800 (kids help line for 5-25 yrs old)

UK Samaritans: 116 123 (UK) & 116 123 (ROI) free of charge, or e-mail: [email protected]

People who have a helpline or other online resources they have found useful in their own location are welcome to send me the link and I will add it. :+1:

Almost every country has a similar crisis line and people who are waiting to hear you out, and help as much as possible.

If that seems too much to handle, consider joining this group that offers non-judgmental peer-support if you think it will be supportive:

https://www.reddit.com/r/SuicideWatch/

This might also help, if you can’t talk to anyone right now, no matter how supportive:

Also 3 personal methods I have used and many have found helpful, from my older posts:

From “problem” to ACTION

3 minute brain dump

Creating an inner sanctuary

There is a walk-through on beginning to structure wards and other things for psychic self-protection, be it from astral attacks, negative energy, hauntings, or family who are trying to pray you into submission, in this topic:

Author & psychic self-defence expert Robert Bruce’s core affirmation is elegant and beautiful:

“I am loved and I am worthy.
I am safe and I am free.
I am powerfully protected.
I am master of my body and ruler of my mind.”

Too much like an affirmation you cannot believe right now? Try Afformations, instead:

I recently had a melt down and was screaming about suicide and got put in a psych ward for 5 days why I was inactive I did ask the demons for destruction of myself for better growth and I needed that melt down while in the ward I achieved kundalini meditation doing the zah method by EA Koetting I did this three times while stuck in a cubical with other homeless and drug addict people… point is suicide hotline didn’t work for me and mental breakdown became something positive…

also Azazel left me his goal was to get me to achieve kundalini now Mammon has taken his place and I’m working with him now…

I like tacos.

So my wife asked me why I randomly said I like tacos.

I told her it was in order to keep the suicide prevention helpline bumped to the top of the list.
She said “Oh, the suicide protection hotline huh?”

And here I thought we were trying to prevent suicide, instead of protecting it.

Lol, who doesn’t?

Heartless people, heartless, hateful, evil people that kick puppies, horrible people don’t like tacos. It’s because they’re dead inside.

I totally agree :joy:

Working with the 72 this kind of like having a bunch of friends on standby to help you through all the bullshit in your life.

Thank you for doing this. I’ve lost two people to suicide in the past month. It is a rough time for many.
