Dry fasting can regrow broken teeth - look up the work of Dr. Filonov, (he is Russian as Russia is the pioneer of this type of health program, but there’s a bit of his work translated into English at Amazon), if the tooth is totally gone it’s gone, you’re better off with dental replacements like crowns.
