I did do something for invisibility, for myself and for my technology because I work remotely. But I have noticed that when the competitors go into “personal mode” (right before it’s my time to receive a sales call) on our sales technology platform, I then hear taps on my computer. So my question is, do these taps mean that they were successful in sending their spirits and demons to block my sales calls? Or although I am hearing these taps, are my invisibility rituals blocking my competitors spirits and demons out? My competitors go into breaks and personal mode all day and every during Mars and Saturn hours, before it’s my turn to receive a sales call.
To set the frame:
1) Language - One could say the Physical World is Synonymous with the Spiritual World. So for example.. a job in Corporate can actually be seen as Magickal/Spiritual Job Role. In some traditions doing a “working” is called “doing a Job.” You can see this (if you have the minds eye to see it).
2) Phone Calls - Essentially to make a Phone call is to petition a Spirit. So even if you are making physical real world phone calls you are still petitioning an individuals Soul/Spirit.
3) Remote Work - obviously it means you are doing long distance magick work as an equivalent.. but it could be taken further to mean you are purely long distance as in “No Soft Contact.”
4) Territory - I will go into this further.
So if you were to merge the Spirit World (Magick) and Physical world and not see them as seperate entities like most people do.. you can look at an Agenda as a Spirit.. a Physical Domain a Grid.. basically a Timeline Event Superimposed over Physical Space/Geographic Coordinates. Spaces have things like boundries, etc. So your competitor may have a drawn boundry and considers it “his or her space.” So when you go to petition a specific Soul Spirit within a certain “Space” with a “Phone Call..” You must account for the Archon or Master or Manager or “Steward” of that space and have proper Access Level Permissions 
Keep in mind that there are varying levels of Access Level permissions. There are the ones assigned by a Low-Level Corporate Associate. Then there are ones further up the Tier depending on the Level of the Manager (Bloodline is its own exlusive Tier too).
Why is this important? Probably because those “Tapps” are you rubbing up energetically against a “Smart Firewall” Energetic Shield.. it may not even be a Shield.. the Composition of Rules (Physics) of someones Astral Domain may be configured in such a way that you are not properly syncing up. Its like trying to jam the wrong key into a proprietary keyhole. How to resolve an issue like this? Obviously with Psychic Skills of Course.
They were successful in sending them yes. But getting past a certain boundry is another thing. That is the reverse of it. But determining whether it is you traveling into a Domain or them traveling into your domain is of course one important distinction to make. I firstly assumed it was you doing the Traveling since you said you worked remotely and were making the phone calls. Astrally this means you had to project first if you are in a remote position.
Since you said you work in Sales, I had to question if you’ve ever been to the 9th Circle of Hell Dante’s Inferno of a Corporate Floor 
That’s normal. banishing is just getting rid of them. Now you set up WARDS - like a fence to keep them out.
No good throwing someone out of you don’t shut the door after them, is it? As above so below.
Look up WARDS in the Spiritual Hygiene thread I keep giving out and nobody seems to think applies to them until after they have a problem. 
Bind the spirits, sorcery and magick working against you and attacking with angel or demon for 5 days consecutively. It will solve your problem.

No. Or that it’s parasites - parasites are not poltergeists, they feed on your energy, like ticks, that’s why they’re called parasites. Parasites would upset YOU not your callers.
So no, I don’t think we don’t know enough to say that. 
Let’s recap - this is is the situation, right?
I don’t actually think we know why you have identified a competitor as sending spirits against your callers. Which means we’re not even sure i that’s the case, and then a solution to stop a thing that isn’t happening isn’t going to help.
DarkestKnight recommended a divination - and you said you didn’t know how, so you didn’t use divination to come to this conclusion, so, WHY is your competitor to blame?

You do not need to bypass protections for divination - you’re just asking questions not attacking, so there’s nothing to protect, and there are no secrets in the astral.
So there’s taps at the window and on an electronic device?
Banish and cleanse, then set up WARDS - banishing sends things away, a ward is a fence to stop them coming back. See the spiritual hygiene basics below…

You could do this together with the circle ward - include your callers in your own sphere of protections (the ward) - state this firmly out loud when you cast your mirror, you circle/ward, and when you smudge. When they call you, they are part of your field and connected to you, so your energy systems automatically extend to include them, and they can stay focused and influence-free.
Invisibility means you can’t be seen, not that anything is blocked. That’s what “bindings” are for. You don’t need a picture for a poppet binding. You don’t even need a specific target. I don’t think invisibility would be useful in this situation, as there’s no use for stealth when she knows who you are already and is probably doing a general will working against all her competitors, so it’s not even personal.
A binding (vovin’s freeze spell, above) to stop her or “the person working against me” from working against you is the most obvious way to block this on the surface, but again, divination would help clarify is this the right road or not.
