I am so tired and exhausted of this competitor who constantly puts indecisiveness, hesitancy and delay in the minds of my callers.
How do I protect the minds of my callers and seal myself, my sales, my life, my success and seal the minds of my callers off from her “tricks”?
There is ALWAYS tapping at my window. She also sent something that was buzzing around me and she also sends something to buzz around items in my place and buzz around my magical items. How do I permanently BLOCK and return all of this?
How do I keep her from CONSTANTLY sending spirits to my space?
How do I keep my life stable? How do I keep my life STABLE from all this crap? How do keep my sales stable from all this crap?

Try a binding. Bindings are used specifically to stop someone from acting or working against you. You can even stop them thinking about you.
Look up Vovin’s Freeze spell for example.

Will this binding work if I do not have a picture? Can I just use the name? If their name is warded, will it still work?
I have not personally used @Multix’ ritual, but he’s not around to answer so I’ll give my expectation if I was in your shoes… reading through that ritual, its got that picture very front-and-center, making it an integral part of the ritual design. You have to write the name all around it. So I’m going to guess, “no”.
If all you have is a name and an idea of who the person is, then you’re better off with a poppet binding, imo. Poppets don’t need links at all to work, only your intention, time and energy.

They are my co workers. One of their names might be warded because I sometimes hear a noise when I call her name, So you think it won’t work because I don’t have her picture and the name might be warded?
By the way, how do I ward my own name?
Do a divination first. Ask for clarity on your target. The divination should reveal if there is protection at play or not.

Correct. As I said, I think it won’t work because you can’t do the ritual as it’s described.
BUT… you could design your own ritual your own way and run that. There’s no rule that you have to follow other people’s work verbatim. What is important is your direction or your energy and intention.
That’s possible mostly because now you’ve thought of it, it will affect your own ability to work the magick.
Now you want to intend to step around the ward and bypass it, and that will do that. See it as insignificant compared to your will, and it will be, regardless of whether there is any, your own fear will interfere, making you work against yourself if you don’t control it.

Another issue is that she is working on the minds of my callers to delay, hesitate and be indecisive. How do I block her from blocking my callers minds from enrolling with me? She has blocked sooooo many sales from me…..

Tarot. The cards can give the best picture of what’s going on. If you don’t read yourself, you can get a reading from a neutral third party. Or put a request in the request thread.

The Magick Circle - this is actually one of the most base Magickal Principles that most people forget or overlook. If someone tells you to not use a magick circle, this is a major Red Flag. These are not so much 9 Foot circles like read in grimoires.. they are the natural boundry of your reality. You are constantly upgrading and changing your magickal circle (if you actively work on it). In some cases you may also infuse your Consciousness/Attention into it, so when someone messes with it you actively fight back.. and Re-Build that barrier, much like in Zombie Apocolypse Movies where they board up windows 
All Magick is influence. Influence is a “Field of Energy.” So you basically have to do your due deligence and set up your perimeter. This may be literal Physical Location, but also in the Mental/Astral Realm overlap with certain Idealogies / trains of thought / Local Collective Unconscious of your Customer/Fanbase crowd / and Time itself.
How to do it? Pretty much how you do most magick.. get create and use your basic skills and move energy or however you do magick. Visualize it.. draw it out on paper.. light a Candle and Say prayers or your own words that matches what you are doing.
I’ve noticed your recycling words others have said (Parasite/Blockages). This can be a bit misleading.. not wrong, but not in the way that you think. She is basically Blocking you by “Uprooting” you. You Block her by re-Anchoring your Presence and doublling down more intensely by being “The Center.” Anchoring meaning Hyper-Focusing on your project and doing energy work to validate its continued existence. But in doing that you kind of have to Micro-Manage things as people will jump in like Gnats constantly bothering. Good luck. Anchoring = Physical Dense Energy… NOT “Floaty” energy. More Earthlike and less Light/Airlike element.. the element is not literal, but descriptive of how to use energy in practice.
How to keep her from your callers - do energy work to create an energy field (like a big aura) around your callers and draw them in.. then create a boundry around them. This takes alot of energy.. but you will basically have to Indoctrinate them into your energy field. This isn’t too different than any type of Charismatic Group work in institutions or religious domains, etc. I recall you or someone else talking about doing College Group Org projects in the past.. its basically more leadership based stuff on a magick level.

I have my own setup for doing certain types of work which I cannot share, but I can share some bare basics which the average kabbalistic crowd may be familiar with; it is standard fare:
1. Middle Pillar Ritual - basically energy raising.. their version of Raising Kundalini, though probably not as intense it can be intensified with practice.
2. Sigil - There are a gajillion versions of sigils.. sigils of divine names.
3. Chanting - chanting of mantras and divine names goes hand in hand with the Sigil and the raising of energy. It all depends on your setup as to whether it is synchronized and works togethor properly.
4. Hexagram Rituals - Basically to work with settling or banishing your energies.
5. Gridwork - You don’t just do “Do-Rey-Me” (imagine spinning your fists togethor) “Ipso-Facto-Magicko.” and send it out into the Universe. You basically walk your environment and visualize for example a certain branch of the Kabbalah Tree for example as encapsulating that area. You may also draw symbols in the area.. etch symbols into something.. basically implant it somehow into the environment. How you wish to implant your ritual into the environment via ritual type is up to you.. you invent it. I utilize Rune work and a number of extra things such as my “Magis-Tech,” which I cannot share as its a unique structure of psionics that goes beyond psionics.
6. Gridwork Part 2 - You walk the environment and set your magickal environment. One thing you will definetely want to do is energetically program a Boundry.. think of it like a “Tech-Firewall” allowing only what you want in and out. Like some others have said on the board set up things like Wards (this is only one type of thing you can set concerning this). Now.. consider people sort of like “Objects” that you can implant with your magickal influence. You have to do energy work on them to implant them with your magickal influence. The alot of the rest is Magickal Management and expansion.
7. Gridwork Part 3 - You can do many things. Alot of practitioners will do all sorts of weird things also leaving evidence.. where they then “get caught” acting stupid. Some of the funniest stories I’ve read are Teen Satanists hiding their candles from their parents.. at some point they then became “Bathroom Satanists” 
If you want to be more discreet you can do a Ritual at a place.. take a picture of the area after you do a Ritual.. the purpose is to Capture the Energy in the Photo.. You don’t need to see anything stupid like Magickal Spirit Orbs or whatever. You basically just captured a unique energetic signature in a photo. Attribute it to Quantum Mechanics if you want. If your Tech-Minded you can run the photo through a Hash-Generator and get an coded “Hash” from the picture.. just think of it like a numerical sigil for your own Altar Setup. Use the picture/hash to do Rituals with your Altar.
8. Gridwork Influence - Other than customers, it could help to cultivate any sort of groups like Covens.. Sex Magick.. so that you have a stable larger field of influence that is always there to utilize. Because you can implant customers with your energetic field.. but you do not know what they do in their lives so the “Magick Field” may always be in flux and could potentially be sabotaged, etc. So its good to have your own loyal group of people that act as magickal markers to “Anchor in a Field/Spell” with Density so that it remains stable.
