There’s a love 
magical working with Sharachiel guiding me to connect with Muriel and Uriel to manifest it. I am damn sure that the working will manifest, I was just wondering how long will it take?
I usually do a ritual, if it doesn’t manifest in a day, I end up using another spirit or some other ritual. While I am carrying out my frenzy of magical operations, things starts rolling without my knowledge and by the time I get know all things are set in motion and the results manifesto I am confused which working manifested it. Or is it always a combo effort of all the rites?

It’s a combination, and it takes as long as it takes, depending on your path to manifestation, or the lack thereof.
No they don’t: you did a working, this was not a secret to you. The working starts as soon as you decide to do it, before you even start the ritual.
