No worries, but it’s off topic for the Request thread so I’ve moved it here…
We have a ton of posts on this forum from people talking about this with ideas, and some tutorials you can try. The main thing is to practice try to use your astral skills every day. It’s less important WHAT you practice as long as you do something. Anything. It’s like strength training - little and often and you will develop your psychic muscles.

One thing i found useful is the old fashion spirit invocation way. Summon a spirit or deity and request that they “reconfigure my being to posses the spiritual sight”
Systematically as you repeatedly summon and invoke the spirit/deity, you’ll notice their presence building stronger and your senses amplifying.
