I thought the Solar Spirits are usually great for Healing. Like Raphael, Buer or Lucifer.

Nope. Solar is for maintaining health, but Mercury is for actual healing.

And in Kabbalah, Raphael is most often attributed to Mercury, not Sol. Michael is the angel of the Sun, though, depending on which Kabbalah you follow, sometimes he and Raphael swap places.
