Have you had good results with it?
I didn’t do the seals yet, to much ingredients. But they’re tons of xamanic daoist practices that can definitely help your spiritual evolution.
Come to think of it, Benebel Wen has a couple of good books on Chinese or taoist magick as well.
The I Ching:
Her book The Tao of Craft on Fu talismans and sigils was the one I was recommended to use that one time I joined a taoist lineage.

For healing: the MAP - Medical Assistance Program
aka MAP Program or M.A.P. Program
I’ve been working again with the healing teams in what humans call the “White Brotherhood” - white meaning “all colors” and brotherhood meaning “family of mankind”. Humans named them centuries ago and includes members like St. Germaine. You also work with Nature personified as Pan, since human healing is a natural issue and Pan manifests natures forms, plus these ascended beings, and your own higher self. You don’t need psychic skills.

Can’t recommend this enough. This was what I used to add 1/2 inch to my height, healing, as an adult, the results of malnutrition and failure to thrive that affected my height when young. this is why I call it miracle-level. That is not supposed to be possible.
Update: I’m now getting results fixing my lectin sensitivity that makes me allergic to legumes and gluten intolerant. This will take many more sessions though. I opened a MAP coning for a friend only once and they are noticeably more emotionally stable, confident and secure.

From Israel Regardie’s book, Ceremonial Magick: A Guide to the Mechanisms of Ritual, which has the chapters listed below. In the beginning he lists a number of classics that he considers a basic but comprehensive course in Kabbalistic-style high magick, which I share here.

I just got through listening to this in audiobook version. Very apropos for becoming a living god. The last chapters reiterate the old hermetic maxim - know yourself and approach the work without ego but with love, and then it flows.
