MENTAL CONDITIONS: Anxious to point of being overwhelmed. Anxious of being on my own, struggling in California on SSDI as sole income. Lonely and feel alone at times.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: Sore wound area, slightly swollen. Wound Nurses have been checking it daily, but the plastic surgery Duo were supposed to come check it on Thursday, but have not seen them as of yet. Last time I worked with plastic surgery duo was the surgery roughly, oh, a week ago. Legs, core, and arms were sore, but three days no exercise, as of today. Sore lower back. Sore right foot when adjusted to proper degree. Sore neck when turned left or right.

So I then looked up reasons for it being blocked..one thing I cannot do due to being on a pseudo Atkins diet is to become a vegetarian. To re engage taking up yoga. That is swell. Give up meat. Got back in bed before lunch, lunch was terrific. Teriyaki chicken, egg rolls or spring rolls rather, next vegetables, and something else but I don’t recall. Working now off another cup of coffee, I don’t have much battery left on my phone, the downside of going back to bed. So in the time that I have left, will read another couple chapters out of the book “The Tree of Life”.

No further rituals were done, most were actually invocations. So in the no further work was done, no further reading was accomplished.

However, I’m not going to beat myself up over not reading enough, because I actually did complete my goal - which is 10 pages per day. Per month if I keep it up I will have read five books in one month.

EMOTIONS/MENTAL: Happy day, I got to puppy sit for my roommate, and his son brought me a Latte this morning.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: Right foot is feeling painful, ankles are swollen. May go on a salt free diet. Surgery area feels swollen. Will have to ask treatment nurse to look at it and make a note and forward it to the surgery duo.

SLEEP: Poor. Woke up at 03:00 AM PST. Would go back to sleep an hour, wake again and so on. I finally got up and into my wheelchair at 07:00 AM PST.

DREAMS: None recalled. A day or two ago I had a dream where I was kissing a cute young woman (20s), and started to go down on her. She playfully asked “what are you doing?” with a smile. I stopped and awoke.

Tired.

I see now why things aren’t entirely going my way, due to lack of personal structure and schedule.

Case point one - no daily meditation, let alone a scheduled time except “after awake” and “before bedtime”.

Case point two - not committed to the initial work specified for the grade daily. After ten years.

I’m some cases, Magick was working when I was consistently going over things iny.head and sticking to doing the work each and every day. Homelessness did not help matters, as well as seizures, lack of income, and no support network or savings to fall back on. Even now creditors are coming out of their tombs after a decade.

On the upside, I now have cost of living income, I have three meals a day, I have a bed inside a shelter assigned to me, a cool roommate, fair or improving health, won my court case.

So, in a way, Magick has worked.

Wrote two posts on Black Magic and the LHP, so that a demon isn’t annoyed by being evoked and questioned the same question one of us could answer.

Didn’t reach the reading goal, 40 pp may have been too ambitious. Ten pages ( 10 pp ) at most daily, may be more realistic.

Wrote the two questions as to how to use the LRP and MPR in LHP operating per supplied instructions, and on how to address them per current title.

Until I had a slight conversation with her, it seems she wants to relocate and promised that she’d be a good roommate, Sad.

So she carries on when I retreat to go into ritual work.

I do Shining Crosses Ritual to start. Silence commences. Until my limb gets weary, and my voice is a about to cave and she starts up again. I will not have a spirit sidetrack me. I finish strong.

Qabbalistic Cross Ritual is next, I once again have crickets and finish strong.

The Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram follows. I once again follow strong, even the trailing QCR.

Yes, some spirits get weary and overcome by others.

I used to love the blog Frater S used to have.

He had a lot of great material, particularly vices to virtues, healing rituals, and prosperity rituals.

As I read astrology and weigh the generic descriptions comparing to my actual chart, I see there is a vast sea of ignorance or lack of knowledge on astrology.

It was then that I recalled a project I was going to do, which was like the black white mirror exercise, from Initiation Into Hermetics, various tones of lore by Golden Dawn authors, or Thelema authors, all tied together in a big clump of pasta. Voces to Virtues.

Where the only solution was a vice to virtue ritual. Because it’s a shorter route than doing Shadow work, a fearless moral inventory, or practicing methods to neutralize any bad aspect on the astrology natal chart.

Where I would then have to learn Horary Astrology, having mastered basic Astrology, or use geomancy to contrast and compare the geomancy stones to a Horary chart.

Got into t-shirt and lounge pants, no deodorant necessary, will apply some later.

Shower Day is tomorrow.

Will brush teeth shortly, and what my hair with soap water and brush my hair in a little bit.

I may be on the therapy list for today, but nobody has approached me as of yet. If I’m not on the list, then I will work out with dumbbells, and use the hall rail for sit to stands.

Angelic Mantras Redux

In my opinion, it is likely due to the fact that your body is more relaxed in the altered state so there is less resistance to the energy of the mantra. Bodily tension creates blockages and hinders the flow of energy so it can feel like the energy is less intense or weak because it has to flow around the blocks. It’s like putting a large rock in the middle of a stream. While the stream isn’t completely stopped from flowing, the water that does make it around the rock will flow noticeably slower, with less force.

Was able to do adorations, but that was all, I will use per Kraig “the big voice”, and utilize non private time using meditation as the sole activity when done with reading.

Went to Occupational Therapy for an hour, did some weights work, and joint motion work with no weights.

With my journal template having all possible rituals I do, will trim it down to just a Ritual name, performance and results.

I was just coaching someone on the forum. It took me down memory lane, and makes me wonder where I would be, if I were to have followed past advice.

Going back to doing my reading for astrology, and the book The sacred magic of ancient egypt. I’m going to read 22 pages of each book, which should be enough for the day.

Ok by popular demand I’m going to write an evocation guide for my readers. I personally enjoy a temple full of tools and such but…when I evoke outdoors I don’t use all that. So I’m going to write this as tool free as possible. Mike B’s guide to evocation What you need Three tea light candles ( or just three candles) , a glass of water, incense, the seal of the spirit you are calling, your notebook and pen. Optional: pendulum or tarot cards, a cigarette. Your phone. First prepare eight to ten questions for the spirit. If this is a meet and greet you can ask things like “how can you help me, will you agree to work with me in the future” , ect ect.write these questions in your notebook with enough space below the question for the answer to be written. Second prepare your spirit seal. Using a CD draw a circle and take a coffee mug and center it inside the circle to make a small circle inside the first circle. Then trace your seal inside. I know there is a long Prelude to the actual post but I suggest you read it because it helps put the entire process into perspective. It may sound like I’m rambling in the beginning, but I’ve done it for a purpose. I see a lot of posts asking “I evoked XYZ, I couldn’t see or hear anything, did the Demon accept my request?” or “I asked XYZ to bring me money/love/sex (replace with whatever we personally desire) but nothing happened”. Now I performed my first Evocation back in 2004, I Evoked Duke Bathin ONCE, I asked what I needed and then that was it. I couldn’t hear or see anything; I only felt a strong and heavy presence. I was also scared shitless, evoking a big bad demon and all that. Subconsciously I did not want to see or hear anything. I only wanted to ask for what I wanted and end it sooner than later. Soon after, things started falling in place, but things also started falling out of place. Several events occurred which would lead up to my desire and some that were against what I asked for (or so I thought at the time). @Twilight_Dragon put it best in one of their posts “In Chaos Theory, every outcome is leading to your desire” What I asked for from Duke Bathin was what almost every person would consider Impossible.
