As in your intro you stated you are new to magick, I would not recommend you jump into contact before setting up protections and making sure you know how to manage your spiritual hygiene. Doing magick kind of “lights” you up on the astral, attracting parasites and predators, and you want to avoid those wasting your time or worse.
I highly recommend browsing through and picking out ways to ensure you always have a clean baseline to perform work from.
