This seems related to your other issues. Earphones turning on at night? But this isn’t “funny little paranormal things” any more.
It sound like you have zero protections set up at all, and that’s a recipe for disaster for the best of us.
At this point you should in no way be calling yet more entities. You need to get rid of your infestation first. Something hates you and wants you afraid and disempowered - kill parasites with extreme prejudice.
Feeling fear, anxiety and dread with no obvious cause is another sign of psychic attack, often from parasites but can be from other humans.
The simple fact that you are trying to do advanced practices and are immediately attacked also points to extreme parasitism.
My advice if you want it,: Stop everything you are doing and fix your spiritual hygiene, parasite infestation as your highest priority.
