I see a lot of resources on how to use Pathworking to seduce someone, but haven’t found anything for forgetting a person. I’m really distressed and stuck on someone who isn’t good for me, I already did that cord cutting ritual with candles and it seemed to work for a few days but I’m back to square one. What demons in Pathworking can help with this?
I haven’t either, but I made my own ritual that works for me that I reuse anyway, and it’s entity-free or I’d link it.
Healing entities would probably be a good bet.

The fundamental technique here is “sympathetic magick” also called low magick, this is feminine, emotional magick, you could consider it to be of the old ways. It’s freeform and not ceremonial, so there’s room to edit and make it yours.

For a bit of context on bindings in general here’s an easy binding that can be adapted for something less permanent - like, if you wanted to bind yourself from thinking about them while nature took it’s course. Includes a link to a video about bindings.
A combo poppet/freezer spell. quick easy and effective. It’s powerful low magik. This also works for action as well as talk.
Make a link to the target. It can be a photo, I like to make a dough poppet that looks roughly like the target.
Become quiet, optionally, call your power to yourself, e.g. by accessing your higher self, opening your points to the above and below, spinning your torus, calling in the directions, something else or a mix
Look at the poppet and know that this link IS the target. Whatever happens to this link is happening in real time to your target because they are the same
Take black thread, focus on the fact that this is stopping from them from speaking and acting against you, and as you stay focused on this, wind the thread around the poppet.
As you do this, talk to them, tell them ‘you may not speak against me’, ‘you may not badmouth me’, ‘you may not tell lies about me’ etc
Wind around the mouth, bind the hands and legs and chest, they may not harm you any more.
When you feel you are ready, cut the thread, say "You are bound. You are bound. You are bound!’
Optional: Still focused, put the poppet in a baggie and put it in the back of the freezer, the freezing reinforces the binding symbolically freeing them from harmful action.
