I’ve bought and been reading and trying to apply the phase book from advise from mulberry, but I’ve always struggled with insomnia, and when I try to focus on something whilst trying to sleep it makes it nigh impossible, i just need to drift off.
So I was wondering if there is anything I could do to develop these things whilst awake, a combination of many things would be best, so everyone please pitch in even if others answer.
Also mulberry, any other suggestions?
I have insomnia as well, it just gets worse with time. I implement a range of techniques to make sleep possible, but the biggest is probably taking 6g Melatonin plus a tryptophan (precursor to Melatonin) at bedtime.
Avoiding screens an hour before bed and never looking at your phone if you wake up helps, as the blue light disrupts your melatonin production and wakes you up.

Scratch the sleep supplement, add a sauna blanket as an alternative to a hot bath. Add blue blocking glasses nd screens are less of an issue.

I’m considering Epitalon peptide treatment which has a bonus effect of improving melatonin production. (It’s a telomere protective peptide and promotes longevity)

Ive kinda more or less beat my insomnia, but sadly the trick is to not do the methods in the phase book.
(like try to do something, just relax and be nothing basically is how I sleep)
Melatonin and tryptos illegal where I am shrug
But the advice wasn’t sleep help, but like astral project awake techniques I was asking for btw, but tbh I found a good topic for it so its fine, thx for the sleep tips.
