A combination of things worked for my insomnia:
- fixing the circanian rhythm by getting up at the same time in the morning and going to bed at the same time
- No blue light including phone screens and laptops even in nighttime mode an hour before bed
- hot bath
- The cutely but aptly named ‘Sleep Fairy’ supplement or similar (you can get it on Amazon)
- Camomile Tea
- Valerian pillow mist
- Extra Melatonin supplement (shouldn’t be needed if you’re young and the circadian rhythm is good)
