Hey everyone,
I go by VelvetObsidian, and I’ve been walking my own path for a long time, even before I knew what magick was. I’ve never belonged to any traditional order or group, but my practice has always centred around self-sourced power, raw energy work and unfiltered shadow integration.
I’ve recently stepped more consciously into the Left Hand Path, as a reclamation of self. I’ve never worshipped gods or external forces. My work is rooted in the belief that I am the source, I’ve always drawn power directly from the universal current through my own body and intention.
My practice is simple yet sensory and focused. I like to use candles and incense to shift space and consciousness and I enter gnosis through visualisation, journaling and trance. I’ve done deep shadow work in the past which lead to facing shame and rage, taboos and desires. I’m now craving techniques that push even deeper into forbidden or liminal aspects of the self. I’m especially curious about working with mirror rituals, dark feminine currents, and pathworking.
I’m from London, currently building my own grimoire and dark journaling has been a comforting friend.
My Current ambition is to refine my invocation style, explore taboo as transformation and connect with others walking the self-made path.
I’m open, respectful and here to learn as much as I am to share.
