I want to sell my soul

Not this shit again…

Your soul doesn’t even belong to you, yet you want to sell it.

Yeah, no spirit I have ever came in contact with even put the suggestion of a soul on the table. Experience, sure. Allegiance, sure. Offerings, sure. Soul, nope. Seems like the whole “they sold their souls” idea as being literal was just another reason to hang, drown, beat or burn other people in the past ruled by fear and greed, especially if they held property. I suppose it was more practical than trying to see if the accused weighed the same as a duck (not many “witches” would have had that bad of luck, even with famines raging Europe in Medieval times). But that’s just my two cents.

Edit: ten points to anyone who guesses the weighing the same as a duck reference

Just seeing the heading of this topic I ended up laughing…:joy:

i understand very much what he wants to sell his soul…something expensive and really wants its better to make a pact or work hard or both, selling your soul if thats possible its a really bad idea.

I have not read the entire post so I apologize if I repeat. Selling your soul in only a human metaphor for giving it your all, you don’t actually sell your soul where something else owns it, you freely offer yourself 100% dedicating yourself to the service of whomever you choose, something you align with completely and with whom you share the same goals, you learn and grow, That’s my interpretation anyway.

@Aprentiz Probably the best interpretation to be honest.

Based on what I could find on the western concept of the soul, it the word structure comes from the Germanic word saiwalo but its theological concept comes from the Latin word anima (“breath” or “life”). However, people also forget that Latin is not a biblical language (I point this out because the whole selling your soul is a Christian concept). So we must peel back another layer by looking at what anima was used to translate, which was the Greek word psyche (“mind”). Greek is a biblical language so it would not be too far fetched to assume that giving one’s dedication of mind or attention over God to something else is what was meant. Kinda goes alone the same mindset that exorcism tries to play, where the attention that individual gives to the “demon” is ripped away to be given to God instead. It would be interesting to see how it translates in Hebrew or Aramaic.

Okay, putting the religious studies minor cap back in my box now…lol

Got the same interpretation, which is why I don’t believe people mean it 99% of the time.
People are simply too lazy and cowardly to do that, and usually want a quick fix to their shitty life.

How does one go about losing his soul? “is it possible” to disconnect temporarily or permanently from your body? Astral travel you are losing sight of your body but can you be in your body and loose sight of your soul? Oh
Wait… But that’s what everybody does ain’t it? That’s why they come up with something like… Soul backyard sale, love reconciliations, psychiatric help, literally… Get a grip on your souls folks. It is the key to the universe and you are God.

Not something you just pimp around, dude. XD

You can’t.

There’s a thread on this.

Hello, I have send you a message

Did you get a lot of spirits?

Maybe. I am not that psychic, so it’s hard to be sure

Hello, how are you? In my life, I have tried summoning demons or spirits but didn’t achieve any result. I even find it difficult in communicating with any demon. Can you help me send the spirits to me? Or any other option to help me? I need your help

I keep trying to sell mine but it keeps getting sent back marked ‘soiled goods’ :flushed:

Seriously As far as I’m concerned LHP isn’t about soul selling or what we’re gonna get on the other side once we die but about living to the full while we’re alive. It’s about not living by. The rules set out buy others, BECOME A LIVING GOD! You are your own master, you are your own god ( u r what u r, not what others sayv u r!) as for the worship of the ancient deities, again it’s YOUR choice! The LHP is not about being forced to believe in 1 god, its the worship of many, its about about guidance not beibg forced to adhere to rules thst nake you feel shitvabout ursrelf! the suprene brings / anciebt deities are wise and thry guide with the suprene knowledge, what u do with that knowledge is down to u! they dont give out rules and regulations As for selling your soul for wealth etc if you believe thats what the LHP is about i suggest u do more resesrch on our philosophies. Goid luck with finding yourself otherwise u could always try ebay…xx Angel666 xx
