If you want to open any chakra, get still, breathe and countdown, imagine either golden or silver cosmic enlivening energy in front of you and when you’re ready inhale it into your being. Replenish your entire body and eventually exhale it as black smoke.
Next step, the silver method. Imagine a small silver ball in your third eye and see the multicolored bits inside. Let it expand slowly, when ready fire a laser beam to the throat chakra, do the same until all seven chakras are big silvery white balls.
The golden method is to use golden light and start from root chakra up.
Choose the chakra you want to open, transform that white ball to the appropriate colour and enlarge it.
When satisfied, after minutes or whatever, exhale the smoke but in the colour of the chakra. Feel the qualities of it, let me know how you get on.
Very vivid and empowering! Sustaining the image of all activated chakras is a bit challenging. Once focused on a particular chakras and its color, it feels awesome however. Use of the word laser is excellent since it is easy to visualize. Lasers are direct, quick, coherent. No misinterpretation.
