Cool story! but I have a question… perhaps not just for you, but for others as well. Let’s say I summoned a spirit, I feel the spirit, but the sensations are either excessive, or I don’t want them, or I don’t want the presence or influence of any spirit at all… so how can I protect myself and stop the spirit’s unwanted influence in the moment, right now?
Or, for example, I summoned a spirit and it’s influencing me when I don’t want it to… how can I stop it? Say no? I’ve tried, but it doesn’t always help. Maybe I should repeat it constantly until it leaves me? I tried banishing rituals, but they didn’t help either.
But I have no problem defending myself during dreams or nightmares, or during sleep paralysis (I experienced that once). There, I simply assert my authority and insistently, with “focused rage,” command the spirit to leave. And that helps. But it didnt working with the physical sensations in a waking state

If it’s a spirit you’re building a relationship with, then that’s a different issue. In that case you have to communicate, set boundaries and enforce those boundaries.
For that look up the topics on spiritual spouses and succubi or incubi. If you go to the profile of the member @succupedia and read through his posts he has a detailed approach that works for him and might for you also.
I know this, and in my dreams I seem to “believe” it, I feel it, I automatically reinforce my words with emotion, which, I think, makes them stronger. But in everyday life, I don’t seem to feel this emotional support in my words.
For example, if an angry dog runs out at me, I can shout and drive it away, but if I try to shout the same way without the dog, I won’t be able to, you know…
I remember Robert Bruce’s book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense (I haven’t read it all), mentioned affirmations. Maybe I should repeat some kind of affirmation to strengthen my belief in the power of my words?
And another important point that is not clear to me… any banishing ritual or any attempt to get rid of a spirit, to resist it… is this something one-time doing or something that needs to be done until it works?

Yes, it’s a bit catch 22 as you also have to put intent into the affirmations, see them coming out as real, but that’s also good practice.
You do it until it works, but to keep it away you have to effectively “shut the door behind them” and fence in your yard, metaphorically speaking, to keep it out.
These are what are called wards and shields in the tutorials… Passive astral devices that act without you having to maintain ongoing efforts to get rid of things, but keep them out so you don’t even have to.
Let me clarify for anyone reading this: I have no problems sleeping, no sleep paralysis, and not even any erotic dreams. I’ve had maybe five such dreams (and one paralysis) in my adult life, two of which were not bad at all, weak, and in three of them I successfully and confidently defended myself from spirits.
And in my current situation, I feel safer while sleeping than before bed.
The only problem right now is that the spirit doesn’t always influence me when I want it to and doesn’t seem to want to stop. The influence itself, while obvious, isn’t intense, yet.
I read the Draconian Ritual Book and what I understood from it about energy is that there is no difference between any rituals, practices, and so on, because in each of the rituals we simply direct energy and “charge” or fill it with intention. I realized this when I read about kundalini awakening rituals, about cleansing, grounding, chakra development, etc. … and it was all the same thing… we felt the energy, directed it as needed, visualized it as we felt comfortable, and filled the energy with intention.
Back in my teens, one of the FIRST magical practices I did was something I called “filling.” I did it without any magical intent, simply to relax and fall asleep. I lay on my back and imagined a bright, yellowish, sunny light (which I associated with light, healing, and cleansing) filling my leg. I focused my attention on that part of my leg and continued this until I began to feel it more clearly. The sensation was as if the very part to which I directed my attention and filled with light was filled with blood, became warmer, and sometimes tingling sensations appeared. Then I continued this process up my leg, and so on. Over time, I was able to feel my entire body this way. I did this only to relax and calm down, but now I think it was a great exercise for feeling the energy in my body.
So…If I imagined this energy cleansing me like fire, it would be a ritual from the Draconian Ritual Book. My point is that I can also create shields however I think of, and the main thing is to:
The difference between the various rituals and practices is in how they interact with your psyche and energy. Some might appeal more than others and that makes them easier and “better”, but really it just depends on you. These are tools and you don’t need them, but they can be rather helpful, creatively inspiring or make the mental part of access easier by giving you a “hook” to focus on.
My protocol is: first I visualize the symbol of protection against ill intentions from the angel Raziel, then I establish a negotiation. If no agreement is reached, I send it away with the Rosicrucian pullback, which is quite short, or you can use whichever feels more comfortable. Afterwards, I cleanse the environment, my hands, and my solar plexus with salt water consecrated to Hecate. To finish, I use Tibetan bowls to complete the cleansing of the place — if you don’t have one, an audio of that on YouTube could work. If it’s something more intimidating, I use the word of power of Asuraludu, visualizing that you pronounce it to the four cardinal points while channeling your energy into your hand at the same time. I only used it once during sleep paralysis, and I was able to see the bubble of Asuraludu and had the flaming sword in my hand. After that I don’t remember anything, but I was still alive, so it worked well.

How do you establish a negotiation? Do you simply state your demands, and if they aren’t met, you annihilate the spirit?
It helps to know who the spirit is, or at least their rank.
If we know this, then we can do more than a LBRP. If it’s a known demon, then we can see if the Testament of Solomon holds a key.
If its portal was a ouija board, then Zozo is likely the spirit.
If it’s a demon and we know it’s rank, then we could try a Greater Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram to invoke it’s opposite (or fall) planet to weaken it’s influence and then banish that rank.
Or you could go to an Apostolic.church or a Catholic Church and get holy annointed oil or holy water and draw equal armed crosses on each door, window, wall, floor and ceiling repeating Psalms 91 before moving on to the next door, window and wall. Save the floor and ceiling for last.

But I was intrigued by the ritual of the Catholic Church. I may not be a big fan of churches themselves, but it’s foolish to deny that their rituals often work. And we can say this because it’s been tested many times.

Yeah, those little old ladies that sit in the back pews constantly praying with their 57 bead rosaries can teleport demons back to hell. Seriously. One such lady lived in my apartment building and gave me holy water and would pray for me.
The Psalms 91 bit with apostic church annointed oil I tried after a botched exorcism for someone. That oil worked pretty well.
Finally, The Testament of Solomon, is a story that involved Asmodai and all demons under Asmodai, were shaking a young lad who worked for Solomon for his daily wages. Solomon noticed this and summoned one of Asmodais chief demons and eventually found out from each demon what was said for them to lose their grip on a human. Eventually Raphael chained Azazel and Asmodeus face down in the bottom of the Red Sea.

in Slavic regions, we had, and perhaps still have, “whispering grannies.” It sounds strange in translation, but it is what it is. These old women used prayers and bread to remove the most severe curses. She simply walks around you, whispering something, and the evil eye and curse disappear.
