A daimon aka daemon is a conscious spirit. You are already a conscious spirit in possession of a human body - you are already a daimon, in my opinion.
If you mean be an energy being, and entity without a body, no you have to shed the human body and incarnate into an energy body instead. Nobody knows how to fully control reincarnation for sure though there are some ideas around.
