Otherwise this is covered in the rules as follows - as mentioned above - BALG off-forum groups do not exist.
Since autumn 2018, we have had an increasing number of groups, usually on Discord, being promoted on the forum, culminating in some rule-breaking and very abusive behaviour recently that originated on one of these groups. For this reason, external groups, “Orders,” and communities are now in the same status as commercial endeavours
This means you MAY place links to your groups, “Orders,” and external communities in your forum profile, but you may NOT post those links or promotional material on the forum, or initiate a PM to try and recruit people. This applies as of 25th March 2019.
Be aware that BALG Discord groups do not exist this link for information about that.
Here is the rule that expands on why we have no external groups than this forum:
Groups formed outside this forum will not receive the same moderation or any other protections, including simple things like people being who they claim to be, and posts on this forum where people reply with a known username.
If you get offered an invite to a Discord or have issues with one, this forum and its moderators have no sway over them, so feel free to report people who send you links as spam, by clicking the three dots … at the bottom of any PM or post.

And please note, if off-forum activity get crazy in a way that spills over into harming this forum (such as by causing disruption, drama and loos of members, and in particular that members here are publicly threatened), there is precedent for how we deal with that here:
