Yes it’s a difficult conversation to have to understand that every spirit - god, angel, demon, succubi, incubi, parasite, symbiotes, and even humans - need a large supply of energy to evolve and exist.

Everyone kind of unconsciously agreed that pedophilia was a terrible act against humanity and should be punished by death. This is also forms from the fact that we can develop our own feelings with kids (platonically I should clarify) and want nothing more to protect and care for them. This becomes especially true as humans are biologically created to procreate and want to protect their kids. Especially from other humans.
Spirits did not grow in the same fashion which means that morals and personalities only adapt so much. Namely by the practitioner under the robe.
For example, when I curse somebody, the spirit knows that I want no harm to befall their family and especially not their children. It is only supposed to be the target in question.
But not everyone carries this same self moral obligation like I do. Some people simply do not care.
I’d just like to add here that while this is generally true with the “intelligent” ones, it isn’t always the case with all demons. A prominent example would be a planetary force, like Bartzabel. He takes very direct/straight path, cutting through EVERYTHING in between him and the goal. Even if the magician is the in the way, the only thing that matters is the goal. “An axe refusing to cut a log is useless”.

Another thing for those that believe spirits dont give a crap about us: Beelzebub is often quoted saying to not swat at his servants. Who are his servants? Meaningless, tiny, annoying insects. But he seems to care about them. Dont nearly all spirits have animals that are sacred to them? Just symbolism? Completely insignificant otherwise?
If they care about animals, why would it not follow that they also care about us humans?
I think depends on the relationship. If that is shears transactional, and you treat the entity as a merchant, then you’re only as His as what you’re paying.
If you are in some kind of relationship, pact, mentorship, etc., that has an ongoing aspect and the entity is with you for the duration, then it may step in if it suits the boundaries of the relationship.
For example, I once had Belial step in and stop a physical attack before I even knew it was happening. If he had thought I would have handled it myself he wouldn’t have done that, but I wasn’t equipped at the time. But I have Belial permanently invoked, he is always with me and we are one at a very subtle level. I can reach out and feel him and get his silent input on questions and we are always aware of the others presence.
I don’t know if “care” Is the right word exactly, but there’s a partnership with shared goals and values that we both contribute to.
I think because they aren’t a human being, their thoughts is not the same as our thoughts it’s like comparing an insect to a human. The way they think is alien, lovecraftian in a sense of outworldly (they really cool actually). That’s common in every culture and relogion you go. The myths are way of explaining of why a certain energy (god, spirit, angel or demon) act, but the myths are just representations. For example, a Greek Magickal priest must have asked why the energy of Hera and Hercules doesn’t go well together, thus was created the myth to explain not only that but other things related to Hercules and his powers. Like a Seal or Sigil, it’s a way to represent the powers, likes and dislikes of an entity by means of storytelling.
Something that also brings the “we don’t know much how they feel and why” is Ezili Freda in Vodou… Most of the rituals where she rides her horse the session ends with her crying with no apparent reasons. Efforts to ask why she was crying led to different answers and whys, so no matter how people can describe why she cry we cannot grasp the full thing. I don’t think they’re moral or immoral but the way they interact with our reality at least is amoral. There’s people who use magick to do all type of fucked up things and people who use it to do a lot of good things but even so, our morality is subjective and they don’t abide by it or care about it. They exist on their own planes of reality and they may or may not have their own morality but at the very least, they’re able to put that aside and work for whatever they’re called for as long as they’re called properly and it’s something they’re able to do. If demons had some type of morality that they sought to enforce, then based on the amount of people that call them here politics probably wouldn’t exist, but human morality is ours to govern and they don’t try and push any morality on us.
Exactly. They care about their own. Caring about their own is not the same as “caring about humans” as in all humans. They dont care about all humans, just their own. Satan’s very much like that aswell.

that is the only that can make any sense. we do not know how they exist inside the spiritual realm, but that they have groups is certain. we evolved to have morals due to living in packs. morals have changed throughout time but the only consistent moral that no matter where you go is still there, is “dont harm your own”. anything else is up the the individual society to decide but in group dynamics you must have inner coherence, otherwise it falls apart

That’s another topic, but it seems to depend on the human, same as with any entity with free will really. The term “psychopath” is generally used for people with no sense of right or wrong, no conscience and no remorse.
As far as I can tell, while all psychopaths show machiavellianism, they also tend towards poor impulse control, while machiavellians do have that, so they don’t suffer the clinical impairments psychopaths do. All psychos are narcissists and machiavellians, but not all narcs and machiavellians are psychopaths. Something like that.

Machs are actually very good at planning and strategy which shows a very good amount of impulse control tbf. thats if you consider an impulse to be a spur of the moment thing.
