Then you can use that same bound poppet for the relationship removal spell that you made for the binding and turn it into basically a death curse. It all depends on what intention and visualisation for the future that you hold when you do it. My personal banishing technique that I use most of the time these days, which also removes all physical and mental/emotional symptoms of attack, including bussing, headaches, pains in energy points and anxiety etc., is as follows:

1. Locate your target, feel them out as a presence in the room with you
2. Grab them so you gain control - I visualise my astral hand grabbing them by the throat: Think “Got you!”, with a feeling of determined triumph and malice. It’s fine to be angry but coldness is ok too.
3. Box them up so they are trapped: astrally slam them into a metal box, almost like a coffin. Mine is made of transparent thick ether and I build the 6 sides around them. Fast and violently.
4. Yeet that box into the sun
5. Watch as the sun becomes a portal to the black hole in the center of the galaxy, and the box wit them in it is crushed to nothing. A few unrecognizable particles escape the event horizon.
6. Notice the feeling of absence and peace where before there was presence. If you do not feel the absence, do it again, harder, with more oomph.

This is most effective when they have contacted you first, which puts you on the “high ground” and you have permissions to defend yourself. This means certain “laws”, for want of a better term, that seem to interfere with dark magick when you are the oppressor, do not come into play. Meaning, it’s ideal if she does this herself.

This is pretty dark, under the right circumstances if they are in a pattern that includes death as a possibility, it makes that death more likely. It’s not a death curse per se, but the person should be as good as if they were dead to you after this - they leave your world. I use this on all astral parasites along with fire but also human attackers. For me, my full intention with this is to utterly destroy every layer or body that they have, astral, mental, emotional, causal. It does not destroy the physical or spirit, and the qi body is diminished but will remover. I may intend this as a death curse and I’m combining it with other death curses to target the physical, probably with entities as well. If it works right and is not countered or healed, the physical body will receive trickle down damage from the subtle bodies and sicken and die too.

You are not astral traveling, no. You are acting on the astral and energetic levels however. None of this is physical, she will do this probably sitting down in a quiet area.
