Do with @Mulberry and @DarkestKnight says. But in addition to what they said, I’d suggest that you instead focus clearing, cleansing and balancing all of them. As a general rule if one them is off the rest of them tend to suffer for it. View them as links in a chain where the chakras, are basically big cities alongside a big river (the central channel). If the flow of the river is disturbed by having too much energy in one city it’s over flooded, and it becomes overactive, whereas the other cities has to negotiate and try to help out the city with the flood, the river has to be redirected until the situation has been dealt with by the neighboring cities as it affects them all. The seven main chakras, are as I am sure you you know, energy centers connected along rhe central channel. They’re in essence links in a chain. There are basic yoga postures which can be found here:
these postures are for each of the seven chakras (there are many more 144 000 smaller points (nadhis) to be exact, but in this case we are interested in the 7 most common one’s along the central channel). This combined with spiritual baths incorporating things like: sea salt, cinnamon, Florida Water/Abre Camino and or dragons blood incense powder. Although the former with the baths and using yoga postures combined with meditation on the chakras, alongside with spiritual baths should really do a lot to help you open everything up. Energizing and clearing blockages on the spiritual level goes hand in hand with overcoming physical and mental blockages too. If you meditate on the chakras and the pent up river I released, this will trigger changes in you and in your life, which you will have to deal with a be solve, once it has been solved you will awaken a new set of powers and understanding too.
