Relaxation Ritual: TBD
Body Awareness Ritual: sore legs, sore arms, slightly sore neck.
Shining Crosses Ritual: halfway through got thrown off by walk-in.
PERFORMANCE:
Was walked in upon halfway through the shining crosses ritual, encountered resistance, shall we say.
Body awareness and relaxation ritual we’re not done, the body awareness post therapy is telling me sore legs sore arms and a little bit of a sore neck.
Ritual routine has been thrown off, will attempt later today or resume early morning.
RESULTS:
Was walked in by two CNAs mid ritual which resulted in laughter, and pissed me off.

THOUGHTS:
I was informed that my solar plexus chakra and or hard chakra are blocked. The only blockage I know of as far as my chocolate is go was the root chakra.
feel a little bit lighter in the solar plexus chakra area.
Feel a tad mightier.
TASKS:
Got out of bed and into the wheelchair.
Brushed hair after getting dressed.
Got to physical therapy and did physical and occupational therapy in the rehab gym.
After lunch we’ll brush teeth, and apply deodorant.
