once did some chakra work, but lilith went and shoved a black eye into my throat

almost a decade actually btw here some stuff copied over from my DMs
nearly a decade ago i banished a symbiote? parasite? demon ? whatever
from my little brother
(he lost his spirituality after i did that btw)
(and is now a systemite bot, with good carreer trajectory and who eats up and enjoys the most woke of starwars without shame)
anyway
what he told me back then was
he would just need to a eat a little more, or have times to offer IT some energy
and if he did, he would have greater strength and focus
if ignored it might scratch his back
and itresided in the tin aloy necklace he had
a plack with a bunch of skulls on it
the backside read “inflicted” and nothing else
so, being kinda worried for him
i took the necklace
held it over boiling frankenincense
used “evoking eternity” (E.A. Koetting’s) banishing phrases
and it was gone
but not without leaving scratch marks
that would last for weeeks
on his back.
I now a decade later, feel these marks on my back
and that was after using my “eternal pledge” for days
and listening to ahrimanic yoga and kali sorta chanting

i wear a shirt during sleep and have no fingernails left unchewed
so no. i couldnt have made those marks, i think.
