How does one exactly learn it, that doesn’t have them to grow grey hair before they can even roll or lift a ball?
And has anyone found some spell work and rituals that can increase the results?

That’s strange, as Mantak Chia teaches qigong, which doesn’t use the chakra (meaning, wheel) system - that’s yoga. Yoga is an Indian system for energy training, qigong is Chinese, and Mantak Chia is from Thailand, originally.
There’s no difference in the end, as it’s all energy being manipulated by your mind - only the application has changed.
If you can read and move your own energy in your body, you are better able to move energy for magick.
TK is one of what is called in qi gong “special functions” that develops naturally with qigong (which means, energy training). So is telepathy and pyrokinesis. However, qigong practitioners are encouraged to see these as distractions from the work, and to ignore them.

But there is one book Mantak has that pops up when I type in and search Mantak Chia Telekinesis. I suppost I could start saving, I looked at a pdf and it did have minor energy points, that post you sent me talks about.
Theres also the technique that you have to believe you are connected to everything therefore you can control it. So if its part of you already you can move it.
Yeah sure I can feel some outside energy, mainly people but I’m not a social person who gets out much.
I hope that will change when I get a better paying job.
The point is if I can learn to sense the non living things easily, then I know I doing it right,
I still need to study and practice.
I mean I just got his book that teaches you to turn negative emotions into energy(I wanted to become something from Star Wars anyway). Once I can do the basics easily I’ll review on all the things I learned from the other books and make sure I’m ready for the final one. Then I’ll mix it with ritual and spell work.
Try using a pendulum. I can move my pendulum remotely in any direction, and I haven’t practiced to master this.
