I believe that in order to take energy from your environmental, you also need to give energy to it, meaning the energy transfer is circularā¦
In my humble opinion, an occult adept ought to firstly work on the weakest link in his chain, which is the body of course, and not try to fly into higher worldās.
This is because if the body is damaged, like what happened to Israel Regardi after a failed Alchemy experiment, it is hard to almost impossible to functionā¦

I also think that if you work on your body, it is a sort of Alchemy, you can live for ever,

Again, the body is the weakest link in the chain, it is what minor, stupid spirits/demons/daemions than feed on it.
Almost no one worships them,
So they donāt receive so called āspiritual currencyā and need to steal physical being power.
Now, from my understanding Man is the highest physical being, which also has a spiritual componentā¦

The spirits do not want your soul,
They want your bodyā¦
They are limited by their mental/spiritual or otherwise non-physical bodies.
They need a physical body, preferably human to feed on, they will temporary give you everything you want in this world to infest your bodyā¦
That is why people go ānutsā- they are spiritually infested.

What I can tell you is I am improving every day and intimidate less people.
I do agree that I am making the above mentioned assumptions,
that is because they were proven to me by my life 8.5 - 33.8 in my country - Israel -
I cannot say what others in my country have gone through - I do not read minds -
I cannot say what happens in other countries - I was physically only in Smolensk, Russia and Israel.
All my knowledge comes from second-hand accounts - meeting and talking to people online and offline.

I myself have had experience with āmental illnessā and I believe myself to have been fed upon by vampyres, that admitted, imo all experience was part of awakening. I do not disagree with your view or position, however I believe you have it within your power and nature to craft a more empowering perspective.
