What spirits are most effective when it comes to removing anxiety, trauma and phobia?

Belial acts like a motivational speaker in my head after establishing a dialogue with him. He’s sort of like a “I’m hard on you because I want you to succeed” sort of demon. Like a drill instructor. But he’s great at challenging negative thoughts with logic and attacking that which doesn’t serve you.
Mostly Belial is the demon that will tell you what you need to hear whether you want to hear it or not, even the parts of yourself you avoid believing. But this breaking you down is so he can strip you of fear and make you unstoppable and dangerous.
I’ve invoked Belial in boot camp, in infantry school, in cqb school, on deployment, when lost, when broken, ECT ECT and he is always there at the end of the road to show me how much more I am capable of.
He gives you respect and demands it in return. Very set things right vibes. Also can hang around more than you realize and might attack thoughts that aren’t good for you when you least expect it. But won’t do the work for you, instead makes you capable of doing it yourself.

Shem angel Elemiah is well known angel to help with anxiety and Lehachiah for inner turmoil which is what all these things are considered. Combine both maybe and see

you can do it yourself, visualise a great flame burning away the energies from your chakras and you will notice effects within a week or 2, atleast i notice it when i do it so i guarantee you can too

In my personal gnosis, Belial was the chainbreaker in heaven who assisted in rescuing the other angels from their bindings as a slave race to the soul mongering demiurge (Aka the abrahamic/Christian God).
He showed them their worth and taught them to value themselves again, allowing them to escape the prison of heaven where they are constantly siphoned and kept in ignorance.
And yes many dark magicians and even magicians as a whole consider him a “breaker of chains” so to speak. Just read EA Koettings works on him.

I’ve worked for the same mental and emotional issues to improve myself and remove any blockage that caused me mental and emotional pains and anxiety. What I have used and worked for me
- Lucifer and Hidden Demons
- Lucifer
- Calamosi: Overcome thoughts that torment you.
- Corocon: To bring relief from pain (Great for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual pain removing and healing)
- Arakison: To limit the effects of disease and illness. Also to break an addiction. (Great energy for healing)
- Goetia
- Haaganti: Remove fears, doubts or any negative aspect in a personality etc.
- Cimeries: Illuminate and eliminate the subconscious fears that weaken you
- The 84 Genies
- Hababi: to bring relief from fear or any type of anxiety, traumas and phobias.
- Tacritau: empower to do shadow work any negative aspect of our life.
For the requests try to use them simple, clear and in the past tense. For example I used “My fears were completely eliminated”.

Very much this. You might not hear what you want to hear. My most recent evocation was about feeling like an imposter and that I wasn’t good at what I did. Fixed it right up for me and changed my mindset. (although it wasn’t entirely pleasant neither was imposter syndrome)

In theory, he is associated with the Air element. But, the association of an entity with a particular element is not important to get the results you want and in many cases is a popular myth. Independently of the elements, he has many powers that go behind the powers listed in LHD (Lucifer and Hidden Demon legion) and Goetia. If you will work with LHD, the opening ritual always starts with summoning Lucifer to allow you to summon the entity that you want to connect. If you strengthen your connection with him, can help you to accomplish any request with speed and great force but he is a hard teacher!.
If you choose to go with Haagenti and Cimeries, there is no need to connect with Lucifer and its hidden legion. It depends on your preferences and the magic system that you are using to accomplish your goals or request. Independent of the magic system, these entities I listed above are great to solve emotional, mental and spiritual issues, especially, fears, obsessive thoughts, phobias and traumas. They helped me with the same issue. Also, if you want to do shadow work and self improvement I recommend that you connect with the 84 genies. They are great in all aspects related to self-improvement. From Goetia, Haagenti is great for personal transformation and self-empowerment of all aspects related to personality.
I only can say to you, try to approach them as specialists that you visit and speak with them with no fear or commanding, as friends that can help you to accomplish your desire. My approach was I write down all my fears, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, in separate requests, And I assign every request to the entity that can help me with this issue. After that, I try to work in consecutive sessions with each entity to solve this problem and receive the guidance of these entities. Step by step, you will accomplish it all!!

In my opinion, there is none. I know what I’m talking about. But there are indeed spiritual teachers who deal with this.
The topic should be called: spirits to Help remove anxiety and traumas.
If you want to remove these things, you have to reject all your weaknesses.
All addictions and face your demons over and over again until you have control over them.
Healing mantras and strengthen your body are also useful here. In any case, there is no simple method.
It is simply cultivation and practice. It is painful, but what is pain if not a catalyst for achievement?

Anything to do with that mind, as such is the case with anxiety, phobia and trauma, I would consult the goetic king Paimon and for emotional support or cleansing of negative emotions that may be triggering these states of being, you might want to consider Duke Dantalion and/or elemental King Nichsah

Meditate on your Crown chakra.
Breathe out and bring the Light from your Crown down your right side and force it into your Root. Feel the Light unblock fear and send it up the left side of your spine back up to the crown.
Continue this pumping action, forcing energy down your right as you breathe out and bringing it up your left as you breathe in.
To start, block your right nostril as you breathe in, and block your left nostril as you breathe out.
Visualize an elognated upright oval of Light circulating from your Root to your Crown, up through the left, down through the right, moving through and cleansing each chakra it comes into contact with. It should resemble a rubber band being stretched out between two fingers.
Set an alarm on your phone and break it into 5 minute sessions. Once upon waking, once in the middle of the day when the accumulation of chaotic energy is at its highest, and roughly an hour before sleeping.
If you follow these steps exactly, you should see immediate short term improvement, and more general improvements after about a week.
Be patient and trust the Light.
