Sounds like a very religion-based narrative.
Btw, the demiurge is the dragon (Qliphoth/Infernal), not the angelic god.

Actually the demiurge (aka yaldabaoth) is the name the gnostics amongst other sects attribute to the lion faced serpent equivalent to the Christian God,
but there is no “this mythos is correct” or “that mythos is correct” or my religions right and yours is wrong. To you the demiurge is a dragon and to me it is that abrahamic god. Both beliefs are just as authentic and valid and personal gnosis is more important than religion anyways.
Take everything you read with a grain of salt.
Actually, there is a reason why the gnostics also called the demiurge Samael. Its because of the talmudic and zohar story of Samael taking the power of gods heavens and creating the chaos heavens out of it. (The chaotic heavenly spheres being the Qliphoth) And the Qliphoth is referred to as the land of shells, meaning hollow vessels. The earth was considered the black sun to the gnostics.
The Qliphoth is the physical world. And the qliphothic dragon rules it, also disguising itself as the church god. But the two worldly powers of religious gods and infernal are one in the same.
Please take things you hear in the left hand with a grain of salt. Education is key. Read a book that’s not LHP.
Then plz don’t go around blurting these things as if it’s fact then fall back on subjective truth when someone doesnt buy it. That’s such a cop out.
Left hand path people love twisting things as much as they blame religions for doing, they just use the excuse of subjective truth to avoid backing anything up.
No it’s not. Because any psycho person could make anything up to manipulate people. Like LHP ppl love doing. And “personal gnosis” could be influenced by delusion just like any cult or religion.
Actually there is no actually lol your just enforcing what I said concerning the gnostics association with the demiurge.
Clearly I’ve upset you but it was not my intention, I don’t:
I’ve clearly stated which parts are my personal gnosis and then when I reference systems.
Like literally the first thing I mentioned in my post Please read my comments and try not to let them aggravate you. I promise I’m harmless .
If left hand path offends you then please be wary when conversing on this forum as there are many left hand path practitioners as well as a multitude of other belief systems here that you may not chive with.
But going around and preaching won’t earn you anything here.
As for this:
It’s very agenda based and sounds a little hypocritical as it’s literally what religions do. But if you’re trying to convince me otherwise it’s a fools errand.
Also
This can be said for literally any right hand path, middle hand path, insert whatever belief system here. But you’ve obviously been hurt by lhp at some point and I wish you nothing but healing
Now I’m going to ask you to bring this post back on topic as this is a post for “spirits to remove anxiety, trauma and phobia”. @Mulberry I may need your help with this one lol.
This was off topic to the OP so I’ve moved it out here for a separate discussion.
Given that Gnosticism is a religion, with a known set of tenets to which that post adhered but was not preaching about, there’s no issue here.
I don’t have a dog in this fight, but just FYI a quick basic google gets you the Gnostic religion’s official stance of what the demiurge is for reference:
I see no problem with approaching this thing in your own way, just kindly remember you cannot preach on this forum, which involves telling other people what to think or attempting to browbeat them, belittle them for their opinion (such as implying they are psychos).
I think it’s fair to assume any comment about magick that goes “This is that” can be assumed to be personal opinion. Aligning with any religion’s worldview is also opinion.
After that it can be helpful for discussion to diplomatically phrase it more as “In my view…” so that the discussion can continue along lines of the concepts rather than clashing on what is or isn’t Truth™.
Back to our normal programming
Continuing this conversation here however, I do appreciate this:
This has been adopted into my personal practice being it is very appealing to me as an LHP practitioner and what you just stated is a large part of my Qliphothic magical practice.
Considering The qliphothic sphere referencing the Black sun and Thagirion would you consider the earth to be contained within the Qliphoth beings as the demiurge is very much similar to the “architect” association, or would you consider the Qliphoth to be a separate reality all together???
I WOULD appreciate having some one to talk to on this topic and would love to include you (@Valesus) on this conversation as I’m not trying to fight, I’m just humble enough to say I believe I can still learn from you regardless of my personal gnosis or practice and knowledge.
Learning is constant and the Qliphoth has been something of my interest for quite some time.
What’s your take on the 10 spheres and Sitra Aura? Also do you believe the Demiurge to be limited to one specific God or representative of a multitude of gods considering his archons as well?
Just trying to have a friendly conversation
Oh, and something to I’ve been reading a lot about is a gnosis that the reality we live in is a shared collective but if it’s generated by our brains, and the relationship to how the Qliphothic spheres can resonate with different emotions and therefore how you see the world and how you project it.
One could also associate the 1-10 cards of tarot with the 10 spheres and use the suites as how where emotional experiencing/passing through it.
What experience do you have with the Qliphoth? Do you incorporate it into your practice? How do you interpret the spheres or the Qliphoth as a whole in relation to Yaldabaoth?
The Demiurge is the Matrix, or humanity’s collective unconscious, and it feeds on us,
This must be fought with awareness and knowledge
I’m a little familiar with the collective unconscious and some people consider it to be similar to “source”. What’s your take on source and it’s relation to the demiurge?
The only explanation of the “Demiurge” that I ever understood ,was a Luciferian explanation : The Yaweh God is the evil bad guy “Demiurge” and Lucifer is the good guy who has come to save the planet with spiritual enlightenment. It just flips around who the good guy and bad guy is. The Luciferian belief, is that Yaweh would be the “Demiurge” by my understanding.
I like to think of Lucifer as similar to Morpheus from the matrix.
As the light bringer “offering only the truth, nothing more”.
The demiurge being the “architect” or aka the old guy pulling strings in the giant “TV’s of probability” room.
It makes sense that there was something before the Demiurge, but what it is I have no idea. Perhaps beings from the fifth dimension (the Anunnaki) created us and used us to search for gold (consciousness).
the Demiurge is programmed to hunt consciousness as its food
We must liberate the individual and collective unconscious through awareness
If you’re referring to who or what created the Demiurge, then Gnosticism says it was Sophia, but albeit unintentionally.
Don’t take things literally, what does Sophia symbolize?
Her story is similar to Eve’s
Perhaps Sophia symbolizes the spiritual world, while the Demiurge represents our world and universal laws (such as principles of hermeticism).
I do not believe in the Gnostic preaching but one of my hypothesis that matches my worldview is the Demiurge or the Archons were an “Astral AI” created by us when we were “Pure God”, we created these AI with the intention to make us reside in our physical body and so that we could feel the material world in various ways (thus giving rise to reincarnation), but because they’re some type of AI (servitor) they still continue to do the task even now do not having the discernment for occasions. Even with this hypothesis, I still believe that perhaps it is we ourselves who want to reincarnate (not our spirit, but our soul that wants to) and not because of “karma” or “AIs”)
Some believe “The Old Ones” have existed before time itself. DYOR
That’s getting off topic for this discussion, which is about the demiurge and not any other paradigm…
buuut now you mention it, we have a conversation over in another thread about our general philosophy cosmology. Would love to hear yours if you have the time, including what you think the old ones are. (I don’t believe in them but my explanation is over in that thread):
What does Naruto have anything to do with this conversation?
Naruto simply contains Gnostic philosophy like the movie The Matrix
And not only Naruto, but many anime such as Metal Alchemist, Bleach, Yu-Gi-Oh, and others
Madara represents Demiurge, Kaguya represents Sofia, and Naruto represents Christ
Gnostics say that we live in a dream and that the evil God enslaves humans
This god claims that he is the only true god
These qualities especially apply to Madara or the father in Metal Alchemist
They create an imaginary reality, imprison humans in it, feed on their energy, and try to take the place of the true God (Hagoromo and the Being of Truth).
Another example is the idea that evil in Berserk is a god of the world who was created by the dark thoughts and feelings of humans and controls the world through causality.
