My God this is getting so hard the brushwork is really tight and tedious and most of all unforgiving.
This is where I have to stay disciplined and work hard. This is it I can see the home stretch.

Well guys tomorrow I’ve got a full day of being an entertainer for one of my foster mom’s parties.
Mike the magician will be doing tarot readings all day for old catholic ladies 
Sad part is because of how badly I managed my money this month ( hey, it’s Christmas) I actually need the money from tomorrow for cigarettes and booze for my spirits. Well, you’ll have that in some of your bigger jobs…
The painting continues… slowly…I’ve got about 200 more areas to color. Maybe early next week sometime it’ll be finished. I want to say hell with it and put it away and done with it. But then I basically prove everything King Belial said about me was right. I’m just an Ape with no discipline. Fuck that! He’s getting his painting or I’ll be damned, perhaps literally.
Oh God …I’ve promised the next painting to King Bael. After that to Astaroth…

Well I’m painting and I just had King Belial pop into my mind’s eye
He surveyed my painting like it was his realm and looked at me and nodded and then vanished…
Wow, that is the very first bit of encouragement or acknowledgement I’ve ever received from this spirit.
He didn’t say "oh that looks great (. Which it does) nor did he say keep up the good work. He just nodded. It was a nod…of approval…yes…
I’m really doing it, I feel like I’m starting to stretch my wings here.
I think what he’s saying is yes, embrace the difficulty here, and rise to challenge. Flex your will and make yourself complete the task at hand. That’s what I’m getting from this.

Mike, I used to make skeleton keys for Hecate. By hand, no power tools at all. I would screw it up and start over. This was possible with wooden keys and not a painting.
In the end, when I made a really nice one out of red oak, she told me to break it in half and burn it. Then, start another. Why?
Because I had confused the item as that which was given and not the actions it took to get there.

Mike the magician is ready for business. I’ll be doing tarot readings all day at moms party. My cards are ready, I’m using my son’s pendulum mat for yes and no Q&A. I’ve got Prince Orobas here and he’s going to help with the psychic heavy lifting 
. This will be a blast.

Well it’s lunch time in the compound and the party is in feeding mode so I have a break.
I’ve had to compete with a Roman Catholic priest who was invited to officiate the religious holiday today of Sta. Nuestra
Now I am not an adversarial, confrontational dickhead by nature I’m too old for that, I’m a grown up…but., but I’m all done hiding my spirituality for the sake of making other people feel comfortable.
Having said that I’m very respectful to the priest and I stay in my sanctuary on the compound and paint in between customers.
Now I’m minding my business, staying in my lane and here comes the priest…
I have two choices. I can roll this painting up and hide it before he arrives…to head off what could be an uncomfortable moment between people of VERY different beliefs…yes that was option one…
Or option two
Keep it real, continue painting and whatever happens happens.
Man, y’all know already I had to keep it real 
He takes one look at the table and Orobas’s seal and my painting giving honors to king Belial and he said “oh…” 
I just smiled and went back to work. He left immediately with a pep in his step.
I’m sure I’m gonna catch hell later from my foster mom but I don’t care. He’s gotta understand other people aren’t always going to see things through his point of view. That’s just how it is.
I don’t try to press my beliefs on others, I just stay in my lane and do me. Wish other people could too

Awesome mission accomplished, cigarette money and booze for my spirits plus extra. Good deal. One more reading and I’m done for the day. Everything worked out fine.
Update: The priest just left and he DIDN’T bust me out to the foster mom. Wow, nice he chose to stay in his lane. I respect that. I wish it was always that smooth.

I had some repeat clients give me some real positive feedback about the accuracy of previous readings. Nice to know I’m getting sharper and more precise with my divinations ( well with Prince Orobas stacking the deck how can you go wrong?? 
)
I had the best lunch/dinner chicken cordon Bleu…yes!!! I’m so full it feels great.
Oh the painting will be done tomorrow or Friday at the latest. I’ve been working steadily all day.
I had a real nice time with it today. A couple of people asked about it at the party and I said “well everyone always paints dragons, fairies and angels, I just wanted to do something different”
I called about the money they said they’re processing it now should be tomorrow or Friday.
Clientele took care of all my immediate needs plus enough to get by for awhile.
I’m going to have a few days of evocation to thank the various spirits involved with me getting this inheritance.
Man I’m gonna dance in the streets when I get this. So much biding my time, so much isolation from the virus, so much waiting for change I couldn’t make happen on my own. This is gonna change everything.

We’re in the home stretch now. I’ve been painting since 315 am. It’s 6 now. I’m exhausted. I need a break I need coffee and a newspaper and some chill tunes.
I’ve got about 50 more areas to paint …that the good news…the bad news, all the areas require a brush rinse and color change… tedious work my friends…but this fallen angel is nearly complete.
