I think I’m suffering from soul loss or soul fragmentation. And I think I even know the day when it happened. In between my chest I’ve been feeling like something is missing/moving. And some days it feels like someone is pulling my soul . I’ve lost a lot of family , friends and loved ones aswell.
I’m literally ALWAYS feeling cold , but I’m used to the cold and I actually prefer being in cold weather now more than warm . During the time I kinda went through a traumatic experience , and I almost lost my mind and committed suicide . I spent a majority of my time in 2022 contemplating suicide . And it literally felt as if the world was against me .
I’ve recovered from the suicidal thoughts. But I can still feel this pulling in my chest
You would be dead if that was the case. The soul sustains the physical body removing any part of it would likewise reflect physically. Likely just concentrations of negative energy based on your own emotions it sounds like the congested energy from the time period you mentioned is clogged up around the heart chakra. Work on dissolving it and breaking this concentration down little by little purging it out into the earth or reabsorbing what you can and balancing it with opposing elements. In essence warm the yin with yang and vice versa until it mellows out into something you can mold and direct.
Do you mean under the shamanic model? I’ve read of issues being successfully healed using soul retrieval techniques. E.g., you can call a version of you that “left” when you were traumatized at a certain point in your life “home” and reintegrate using trance state journeying meditations. Shamans can do this for people.
There’s also a related idea that comes from the new age community, that there are points when you almost die but don’t, called a “pseudo death” which can also cause significant changes in personality as some parts of the psyche die and others don’t. This I would say is related to the intentional act of “rebirth” rituals, including the Lake of Fire ritual by Koetting. You are in this case killing the old and unwanted to allow room for the new, in a controlled way.
But you had a lot of trauma and I would agree may be under attack from something that’s actively trying to kill you.
As well as the above to apply faster healing to your energy system to compensate, if the following draws you it might be related - given others in your family are involved… you might want to consider adding protections and shields to yourself and those who are left, your pets and your cars and dwellings.
A friends muslim husband, from Lebanon, once told me to close my eyes as he held my fist. He chanted something and then told me to open my hand, and I immediately felt this strong vibration whirl down my head down my left arm and then he smack my palm.
…he said that was my soul, and that he called it out and smacked it back into my body.
I kept trying to coax it out of him what he actually did, but he wouldn’t tell me at all.
Maybe it was my qareen, he was calling out, idk, but I felt what he felt and he could see it traveling down my arm.
So there could be something to losing your soul, or just losing some energy. I don’t know, but I’ve been on a quest to find out.
Well that depends on several factors. Usually though the lesser and greater banishing ritual of the pentagram works well with the right intention.
