I just wanted to ask where I can find some simple ways to keep my energy body free of parasites and gunk while I’m in the process of moving? I know it’s a simple question but I wanted some more ideas or at least links to some other posts that explain more of this. As I won’t have access to most of my magical supplies for some months.

Why would moving infect your energy body with parasites? That seems kind of a weird thing to be worried about.
The simplest cleansing is taking a shower and running the water not just over you but through you as well, visualizing it washing away all the gunk.
You can also keep your energy body clean by regularly circulating energy through it.

As a learner, how do I pass energy through my body to clean it I truly need that also
You can run the microcosmic orbit (aka circuit), also called the lesser mandala of heaven, using qigong principles. I’d say look tat up on youtube as a video where you can follow long is better than a text explanation.
