Last Night I had an urge to meditate about my shadow self. I set my magick circle, lit incense and a candle, turned off the lights and said “I am speaking to my shadow self, show me your form, show me your name”. What I heard was the word Strigoi over and over and in my mind’s eye I saw the japanese symbol for shinobi or Ninja(the one who hides). I then saw a scene of the strigoi putting on a facade of a geisha to seduce and trick its prey and then show its true face and began to feed on its victim. I then asked my shadow to appear before me and it appeared in my mind as a typical depiction of a strigoi. A vampire creature that changes its shape to hide its true intent like how a predator sneaks up to its prey by tricking it and then strikes. So it seems my shadow took on the form of a strigoi making it vampiric. For some reason I am not surprised.

!! Reminds me of the character Ras al ghul, immortal and ninja. Seems like a good sign imo…

Yes. However my knowledge of actual vampirism is very low.
