I would suggest as a ritual, perhaps you ritually offer as a sacrifice something that interferes with you doing the thing that you are doing. Say, perhaps you waste too much time on a specific game, you could uninstall that game as a ritual sacrifice to power a spell.
Another option would be to ritually promise that you will do the thing you’re putting off doing as an offering to an entity. For example, “I will do this chore that I do not want to do” as an exchange for an arrangement made with an entity.
The practice I find most helpful for stopping procrastination if I am not doing anything at all and struggling to start doing literally anything, is to do something, even if badly, just to remind myself I am capable of starting something.
If the thing I am procrastinating on is one thing and I am able to do other things, I will do one thing related to that thing. For example, while writing this post, I decided to start cleaning the closet I’d been putting off, and said I’d just do one bag from it and then come back to my computer. That was 3 hours ago and I’m done now.
Coffee is a classic booster too.
If none of these things help, medication for ADHD might help…
If you’d like to do a meditation, any positive actionable mantra will do, such as, “I am a go-getter.” “I enjoy doing (task).” Tailor your mantra to what interferes with your ability to get things done.
You might also try vibrating the root syllables for the chakra associated with the blockage. Since self-love is a problem, you might try vibrating “yam” as a mantra.
Now as for entities that you might work with, I recommend Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, who would be perfect for crushing through the obstacle in the way of you getting started! Isha and Vayu are also associated with the “yam” root syllable and may help with your love related issues.
If Hindu deities aren’t really your thing, how about Norse? Thor would also be a great crusher of obstacles, and Freyja could help you with self-love.
How about Goetia, perhaps King Asmodeus could help you lust after completion of tasks and love yourself?
Do you like working with angels? Omael is said to help with willpower and healing from failure.
