I pulled you a card @Insectoid (Quariea Deck) and got the card they always give me when intuition is correct, which is “Premonition”.
The card is also saying this can be resolved. I am reading this as a yes, you are parasitized and you can deal with it. Also that it is important that you do or major problems will come from it in the future (probably not a surprise based on what you said).
