To get rid of energy, a simple way to called “grounding”. You can literally just stand in the Earth or grass with bare feet… Picture unwanted energy leaving through the soles of your feet and going into the ground. The Earth naturally recycles and reuses qi given to it this way and it won’t come back.
You can increase the effect by using “Tiger hands” to use your hands in a sweeping motion from your head on down and push unwanted energy out through your feet that way.
To bring in wanted energy, you use your breath - breathe it in while visualise positive sources like the sun and ideally, the cosmos - the furthest out in the universe you can think of where the energy is pure.
To balance this energy even further, run the microcosmic orbit.
