Jason Miller advices to use the four elements energically/symbolically in the order Fire, then Air, then Water, then Earth.

The idea is to use the fire to burn down impurities. Air to let it ashes go away. Water will then purify and the Earth will strenghten you.

You can either visualise and create the four elements in your aura.
