Has anyone whose worked with President Buer noticed that weird heavy energy ?
I have been burning petitions and burying them into the ground asking politely for President Buer to help ease of my anxiety but its gotten worse over the days …
Am i doing something wrong.?
Am i not grounded enough?
I usually dont leave the house without the hematite rock in my pocket so that i am always walking around full grounded…

Multiple reasons that depend on why you’re anxious. It’s common for issues to get worse if your issue is caused by a parasite - it will fight you to stay, making it worse - have you thoroughly cleansed and set up wards? .
It might also depend on whether you are anxious for good reason that you should deal with rather than hide from, for proper healing to take place. Buer is a healer, and would look for a permanent solution not a band aid.
You’re worrying about both worrying and now also worrying that the ritual you did not to worry so much went wrong. I wouldn’t think of this as a grounded state 
Yeah I mentioned in your other thread, this is probably not grounding you. It has nothing to DO with actually grounding.
As an energy worker, it makes no sense to me that just holding a dense (heavy) stone can do that - if it’s not connected to ground - which is it NOT, sitting in your pocket. HOW is it supposed to ground you? Grounding is about connecting your to the actual Earth, and becoming more Earthy. One tiny stone can’t absorb enough by itself - this is physics and energy, not wishful thinking.
Ground properly using actual grounding techniques, connecting to the earth and breathing out unwanted energy into the Earth.

Spirituality and Demonology is not very much acceptable where i live. Its looked at as a taboo.
So my current grounding techniques are basically connection of a grounding wire connected to an outlet with earthing.
I actually bought a multimeter and tested the earthing confirming it was at 0v then i bought a uk plug connected only the earth pin in it to a full copper wire and thats what i use. I connect the copper cable to my toe or stick it to my sole for about 30 min everyday.
But I am not sure if thats sufficient. ???
The good thing is my house is on ground level and there is a backyard but the parents and the people i live with will think i have gone crazy if i start walking outside in the backyard bare foot.
And in terms of the parasite ,
How does someone confirm there existence to perform a banishing ward?

I think that could help electrically but maybe not mentally. Can you stand on the ground with bare feet ever? That will ground you. Can you go for a walk in nature?
You do the banishing, and then you set up the ward (these are two different things) and you feel better, that is your confirmation when you don’t have the Sight to sense it for yourself.
Seven years ago, I called Buer to help with a similar problem. I used a ritual in the book Pathworking the Goetia by Corwin Hargrove.
Buer helped and sorted out the problem, but not directly. He arranged for me to meet someone who could help, but it was up to me to spot the opportunity and act on it by telling the person who could help.
